The fries are rock hard, brown (burnt), super salty and nasty 75% of the time. Update: The fries have improved, the service gets... worse. The track record for getting the correct drive through order from this location is close to 0. The 16 year olds that workhere (and apparently run the place) forget things almost every single time. Dipping sauces, bowls of chili, small when large isordered, you name it. It's to the point now that I will gladly sit at the window and go through my entire order, holding up theline if I have to. Why do I continue to go here? Because I live south of Springfield and my kids like the popcorn chicken. Read more
If your dining room is going to close an hour earlier than your drive through, you should probably post those hours somewhere.... Otherwise it just seems like your employees didn't want to deal with customers and decided to shut down on their own. Read more
This is a great well priced fast food place, Reasonably priced and mostly friendly staff.
I was at Rhonda today for lunch in the Drive-Thru I ordered a double Swiss burger a large fry and a large drink came up to... $13.15 so I get to the window and give the lady my card she looked at me because I'm black and wrote her eyes so when I askedfor a receipt she like really tossed it to me and that is not right I will never end life come back to Rosa and we grew upeating Rhonda every week with no problem but you just lost a value customer and I can't deal with people like that Read more
