Food was ok for arbys. The wait for fast food was not. 25 minutes with only 2 People ahead. Neither had big bags given to them,... and our order was 2 basic meals and a slider. 4 people working, so what gives? Read more
If you like Arby's, this is a good example of one! Stopped here on a Friday afternoon around 4:30. Went inside to order,... because we needed a pit stop on the way to Indianapolis. Marcus helped me at the front counter. Friendly, fast, and knew hisstuff. Much to my chagrin, I have a family full of picky eaters....no cheese, extra sauce, different buns, etc. Marcus made allof the changes we needed, everything came out correctly, and it was fresh and hot! Food was fine but the womens restroom was out of order. I told the staff and I was told that when the ac was on, the toilet... didn?t flush. The toilet tank lid was upside down on the tank and the toilet had pee in it. Since when does a toilet not flushbecause the AC is running? ??????????? We were traveling from NC to Indiana and I really needed to use the restroom. Read more
Fast clean service. Nice atmosphere and easy parking. French dip is a solid choice. Swap your fries for mozzarella sticks.
Would have given 5 stars, but, green tomatoes on my sandwiches??? I used to manage an Arby's.... how ya miss green tomatoes?? I... know ya'll cut that stuff up in house. Even if your working fast food.. have pride in your work. Read more
The ladies behind the counter were amazing. I'm not from there but next time we are in town we will be stopping there only... because they made the place feel good as well as the food was fresh and it was clean.just more than expected when you go to aplace of fast food. Read more
