This chipotle is AWFUL. There is a deep, deep management problem here. If it?s not one thing, its another. If the food is fresh,... they?re out of everything. If the wait is short the food is terrible (hard rice, tons of fat in the meat). Not all Chipotle restaurants are created equal! I recently visited the one in Bellefontaine, Ohio and left a negative review... because it was not very good in all aspects. The man that was working at 9pm Oct 25th could have slowed down a little and made the food with some care. He slung every item... into my bowl and on my husband's burrito. Also rushed through wrapping the burrito and badly wrapped it in foil. Also thislocation is always out of stuff. Read more

Literally will never eat here again.. if you think this place is better than Hot Head. WRONG. They gave me hot sauce instead of... mild and it was literally so hot it wasn?t edible. My entire bowl was basically hot sauce. No sour cream, corn, or fajitavegetables that I asked for. Waited for my food 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. I would suggest not ordering from the app. Have them always make it in front of you. I seem to always get a few things wrong on... every item ordered thru the app. The restaurant had trash piled high in all trash cans in the restaurant. Every lemonade flavorwas empty. Ordered lunch to go while out running some errands. I got the burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken, and pico. I was... disappointed with the meal. The chicken had virtually no flavor. The rice was good. There was some spice and flavor in the pico.A very underwhelming dish. I won't get this again. Hot head bowls are much better. Read more
