Absolutely the best pizza ever, and the kids have plenty of game choices. Not bad deals for food and game play times. Staff is... very friendly and quick to solve problems of games not working or play time lost of games not working. They even take rippedtickets and add them to total tickets on paper. Very good selection of food and drinks also. Read more

Fun place to spend a rainy day. Building could use some updating and scrubbing, but the kids have fun. They recently updated... their games to accept preloaded point cards instead of tokens, but they still give tickets for prizes. The staff is almostalways friendly and helpful. The pizza is decent - not fancy by any means but it's a hit with the kids. Read more
Horrible. No one was in sight when we walked in. Finally an employee came from the back. My mentally handicap client saves... money to go there every year for his birthday. He has a broken foot right now. So we paused his play card to rest room him. Cameback played for 5 minutes then the food came. We tried to pause it again where we were told we can only pause once. So he onlygot to use 11 minutes of his play card. Staff was very rude about it and his money is wasted. Ieven told them they need to havea sign stating this!! They are also working on the windows, so be prepared to freeze in there!! Before the remodel we never hadissues. Prices went up customer service went way down.
