I ordered a pizza for my grandkids. Specifically asked if it was ok to do half pepperoni and half cheese because one eats one... and one eats the other. If it was a problem I would order two, guaranteed it was not a problem. Delivered a whole pepperoni andcalled three times to speak to the manager without success. Very disappointed been going to this location for over 6 years Was trying to see if I can contact customer services but wasn't... able to. Just ordered a calzone with double extra cheese, 6 piece BBQ boneless wings with ranch, Big Don Italian sub hold the banana... peppers and the tomatoes, and a Ham and Smoked Provolone hold the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with the special instructionsrequesting the dressing on the side. I didn't get the ranch for the wings and the dressing was still on the sub. The only reasonwhy I'm giving a 4 star and not lower is because what I did get tasted good and Jennifer was friendly and ensured I had my orderin my grasps when my dog got too excited to see someone new. I used to work at a very busy Donatos and worked a lot of latenights so I understand the stress that comes with the job but the mistakes from this order happen every time I order from thislocation. I like it, thin crust, calzone not so much Little too much garlic. Would have gave five stars but I find it odd that there's no... prices on the menu. No prices on the wall. I guess if you walk in and you only have 20 bucks and you order a $25 pie you'repretty well screwed, but other than that great pizza. It's made pretty quick, and delivery is pretty good too.
