I ordered a pizza for my grandkids. Specifically asked if it was ok to do half pepperoni and half cheese because one eats one... and one eats the other. If it was a problem I would order two, guaranteed it was not a problem. Delivered a whole pepperoni andcalled three times to speak to the manager without success. Very disappointed been going to this location for over 6 years Was trying to see if I can contact customer services but wasn't... able to. Didn't get a full order of cheese bread and it was the sorriest-looking cheese bread I ever receive fromdonations. Plan on taking my business to another location Update pizza beyond cold. Just ordered a calzone with double extra cheese, 6 piece BBQ boneless wings with ranch, Big Don Italian sub hold the banana... peppers and the tomatoes, and a Ham and Smoked Provolone hold the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with the special instructionsrequesting the dressing on the side. I didn't get the ranch for the wings and the dressing was still on the sub. The only reasonwhy I'm giving a 4 star and not lower is because what I did get tasted good and Jennifer was friendly and ensured I had my orderin my grasps when my dog got too excited to see someone new. I used to work at a very busy Donatos and worked a lot of latenights so I understand the stress that comes with the job but the mistakes from this order happen every time I order from thislocation. This is just the first time I'm saying something (I don't order from here often, maybe 3 times in the last 6months) Edit: Original review was about 5 months ago. On 9/7/22 I ordered delivery. Took an hour from when I placed the orderjust for it to leave the building. The pizza I ordered came as I requested minus the parmesan packets that I didn't get. The 12piece BBQ boneless wings I ordered were noticeably sauced in the box I received them in and barely had any sauce on them; I alsodid not get the ranch that was supposed to come with them. I like it, thin crust, calzone not so much Little too much garlic. Would have gave five stars but I find it odd that there's no... prices on the menu. No prices on the wall. I guess if you walk in and you only have 20 bucks and you order a $25 pie you'repretty well screwed, but other than that great pizza. It's made pretty quick, and delivery is pretty good too. Never been here but people raved about how good it was. That must be the keyword "was". Nasty, will never eat there again.... Calzone was lacking taste but it was cooked to a black crisp around the edges. Pizza sauce was gross. Thank goodness they didn'tgive me the extra I asked for. Raw tomato had more pizza flavor than the sauce, can't call that sauce. Read more
Got some lunch to go for doing errands today. Got the steak sub. Ordered on line and picked up the food at the drive thru... window. The food was ready on time and the staff was friendly when working the window. Didn't go inside but the back area of thedrive up looked clean. The steak hoagie style sub was hot. It had good cheese and onion flavor. The bun was fresh and warm. Goodflavor on the pattie and gravy. Pretty good flavor overall. Read more
I don't recommend this place. I paid $32.00 for this burnt mess. Will never order from here again. Plus the food was cold upon... arrival after an hour of waiting. This is seriously ridiculous. Edit Chrissy rectified the situation and was very professionalto me and the situation. I understand times are hard with COVID19 and staff shortages. I will update this review to 5 stars. Read more
Good pizza. Had some better, more worse. Ordered take out with 3 salads, only got 1.
