Five guys used to be great. You could guarantee a massive amount of fries and you always got that extra scoop on top. Not so not... anymore. It's twice now we've ordered large fries and not even had the cup filled up!!! $6.95 you must be kidding. The burgersare good but it's meant to be a total experience. This time I go into order and collect. Yet again the fries are short changed.I complained oh the manager gave me extra for free. But dripping with sarcasm and no apology ???? truly do people pay over $40for 2 burgers and 3 fries and accept shoddy service and short portions. No not me. Music was way too loud and we couldn't have a conversation while eating. Burger was excellent, fries OK though ridiculously... plentiful. No shakes available either. Price for 1 burger, 2 drinks and 2 regular fries was nearly $35! I can't recommend thisplace unless you have money to burn and don't mind eating w/o conversation. Staff was nice. Read more
