Peppers news cut up more same with the banana peppers. You guys should really start spreading guacamole instead of slapping it... in one area. Cut your avacados up better. Guacamole shouldn't even have bug chunks of avacado in it but hey you guys are thereql food geniuses so i figured you should know that. Decent place to eat! Would recommend walking inside to order instead of drive thru as they make your food better when watching.
Most of the staff wasn't prepared to serve customers. A simple question such as "can you please read the order back?", left them... speechless. Requested double meat and was reassured it was in there. Got home and it was not. I love some Hot Heads, but tonightI think they changed the name to Pot Heads. Read more
Got lunch to go today from this restaurant. The store was very clean looking inside and the staff was friendly and engaging... during the ordering process. I got the little burrito bowl. I thought I got a sizable portion for the cost. I ordered thechicken with brown rice, grilled vegetables, pico, cilantro, and a little cheese. The veggies tasted fresh. The chicken had agood spice blend. Overall the taste of all the ingredients were spot on with no disappointment. I will be back. Read more
Great location. This building used to be a Kentucky Fried Chicken. The employees were really nice and helpful. I tried to used a... coupon and the cashier let me know that Sundays already had that deal, so I got to keep my coupon. Don't forget to get a HotHead card if you don't already have one. Things add up. I have a free entree already waiting for me whenever I'm ready. You cankeep track of your rewards by checking out your receipt or going online. The crew did a great job on our food. The restaurantwas nice and clean. They also have masks for anyone who might have forgotten theirs (please don't forget your masks wherever yougo, people). Both ladies at the front did not have hair pulled back or hats/hair nets on. In the food business, that's terrible. I was going... to dine in, but the TV's were off and the music was off, only having loud, adult-themed rap music as my choice playing from thekitchen, so I got food to go. This used to be my favorite restaurant on Derr Road, now I don't know as I was shocked with themismanagement. I was in there Monday, November 28 at about 6:15pm. Read more
