Little Caesars is a disappointment and just not worth it anymore! There is no supervision of the employees, poor quality pizza... anymore and the wait time for hot and ready pizza anymore just is ridiculous! When you say hot and ready from specific time Iexpect pizza to be ready during that time but yet you get there and instead of it being ready you're told it'll be 45 minutes!Unacceptable! Look at what you get when you come to little Caesars these days employees standing around, and the employee that"is' actually working is holding a phone in one hand and making a pizza! I don't know about anyone else but this is unhygienicand very unpredictable! Best part about Little Ceasars is the portal. I don't order the $5 pizza's, although they are good for the price. I like getting... their stuff crusted and other things. So nice to be able to get a push notification on their app when ready. Walk in, push inthe numbers and walk out while everyone waiting inside is mean miggin me. Read more
I had just ordered 2 pizzas 1 for me and 1 for my husband. I put the order in his name so he could pick it up on his way home... from work. I sent him screenshots of the receipt. Some girl at the register told him that they don?t have any orders for him.Then proceeded to take our pizzas out back to her friend because her friend was hungry. so my husband walked the cashier ladyback in and demanded for our pizzas to be remade. The manager then comes out and fires the cashier lady and tells my husbandthey can?t remake the pizzas. So my husband was like it wasn?t even my fault it was your worker that was trying to steal mypizza. Like what the heck you work at a pizza shop you shouldn?t have to steal food from customers. It was fast and fresh and I like that when you order online they give you a number when you go in you just put the number in the... little machine and then the doors open up you just take your pizza out so you don't even have to wait in line talk to nobody oranything. There?s nothing more I love then seeing workers dedicated to their craft. Me and the wife stopped in today to get the kids pizza... and we was greeted by this polite gentlemen named John. He immediately apologized for the long wait and said he would do hisbest to make out visit worth it. We ended up chatting about some movies and music while we waited. I?ve never seen a managermore coordinated and focused on the task at hand. When we finally got our pizza and crazy bread it was hot and the kidsabsolutely loved it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was absolutely disgusting in there with cleaning supplies left sprawled on the... floor. Apparently all of the staff in there were managers, but they all were very inept and rude. While I was ordering, theywere playing on phones, putting their fingers in their ears and picking out wax, and had overall a negative attitude. Instead ofgiving the hot and ready that I ordered out of the oven, the staff decided to make their own burnt pizzas with their earwaxfingers. When I asked how long it would take I was met with attitude. Another man in the store had ordered 18 minutes prior andhis order still wasn't ready even though they were all standing around twiddling their thumbs. It was disgusting anddisgraceful. I have never been met with such terrible customer service and I'm not going to be eating this pizza. Don't wasteyour money or time. Read more
Good for when you're on a tight budget. Plus love the appt for faster service. The leftover garlic sauce I was able to use on... pasta and I added shrimp and BAM a whole new meal. I didn't want to waste it. It was so good too. Definitely will order moresauce to make that again. Read more
