I will NEVER go there again. Unless you ask for hot food, what you get is ice cold. Hot food guarantees it will be at least... warm, but the cheese won't be melted. I eaited inside for 15 mins. Absolutely NO ONE gave an order or received an order. Manypeople left I did too. All they were doing was making Door Dash orders. I went inside because the line was all the way bach toSchuler's. When I left, the line had barely moved. My husband told me he waited in line 45 mins the day before. He said itbecame a matter of principal. This store has been like the for years even before COVID. The WORST McDonald's EVER! The assistant manager Teresa shouldn't be in customer service at all. Completely rude and... unprofessional. Food is disgusting and not made how it should be. They completely rip you off. Would give 0 stars if I could.Management won't return calls for complaints and that is what Teresa bragged about to me when I requested Store management nameand number. Won't be back to this location or any other location that is owned by this franchise owner! They obviously don'tcare so I won't be supporting them - not in this economy when other businesses want my money. Read more
Terrible Food and Horrible Assistant Manager. Food was burnt had no sauce. Said they ran out but didn?t say anything when... ordered. Asked for refund, refused. Asked for general manager name Teresa refused to give it. Said good luck they may call youback in 2 days. Will never go back to this location. Maybe she was so rude because it is a corporate store but I?ve worked infast food and she?s a terrible assistant manager and has no customer service skills. Read more
This place is usually not super busy, but on father's day night it was busy. We got to ce cream it was good and I was surprised... it was up and running but they did great. Shout-out to the woman at the window on father's day night around 8 to 10pm. They wasgetting hit hard and she still was nice. I know it's hard to deal with rude people every day and not get a simple thank you, sothank you ma'am. Read more
If you're looking for food in the middle of the night go somewhere else. This is the only place I can get food in the middle of... the night and i depend on it. Lately more often than not I'm told at the drive through that they are only taking orders fromDoorDash. So they're open, they're making food, just not for me. I can't imagine that people are ordering enough food fromDoorDash at 2am to equal the wages of the employees, much less pay for the gas and electric. Makes you wonder. Read more
This place is the worst. Never go there. Sloppy and inaccurate. They also say they are 24 hours but at some time after midnight... they switch to door dash only which is very inconvenient. Not only that but it isn't posted anywhere what time they switch todoor dash only. Sometimes it's 1 sometimes it's 2 sometimes it's 3. Who knows. Either way don't give these people your money. Place is disgusting. Messes and spills everywhere, overflowing trash cans, tables need wiped, floor needs sweeped & mopped,... several of the chairs and booths have messes in them. Worst I have ever seen. This mcdonald's is a 24hr mcdonald's, and this waswhen I went at 10:30pm at night. Inexcusable for the place to look like this! The worst most disrespectful staff. The got the order wrong, then when asked to correct it they didn't replace our missing... items. They told us we were lying and to purchase more food if we wanted our items... then they threw a hashbrown at our car anddid not replace or refund us. They also blocked our number because we called ahead and talked to the manager to be courteous sothey weren't overwhelmed with orders. Terrible. Read more
