As I'm still sitting here, wondering why we don't come to the Springfield location.. The hostess rude.. Got mad I had my... pregnant daughter and daughter with her baby and asked for a bigger table. They didn't want to open this side.. When theyfinally sat us.. Ants ants and more ants. Our waiter is awesome Richard. Moved us. He needs better. But the rest wasdisappointing. Read more

It was a great experience last night. We had people with us in wheelchairs and as we were getting to the door the staff... including the manager held the doors for us we were seated quickly and it was a perfect table for our situation half booth halfchairs take out the chairs perfect. Went for dinner on a Thursday night at 530. Not busy at all but took 10-15 mins to get our salad and soup. Waited for bread bc... it was n the oven ok I love fresh bread, but service just was not up to par for not being busy inside. Just not happy about itat all. We ordered catering from this location for a group of 34 and in one of the salads we found an employee’s detached acrylic... fingernail. Underwhelming remorse from staff. I told the manager we bring a lot of business to Olive Garden, as we order fromthem most every time our group travels. We were offered a reimbursement of the cost of one salad over the phone. Grilled Chicken Margherita was perfect! So much food I had to take half of it home. A seating mixup left us waiting for 10... minutes, but manager and server were so nice and made up for it with a free dessert. Love this place. Read more

Met most of my family at here to celebrate my birthday ???? There were 9 of us in a little alcove at it was very nice and... quieter than being in the main area.
