It cost over $30 for two people to eat here, so beware!???? That's two sandwiches, two orders of fries (small sizes, 21 ounce... drinks). That's WAY too expensive. Never answers the phone for call in orders and claims they're busy and that's why but if you call from the parking lot and not a... single person is in line they still don't answer. Manager is in the back laughing and chatting it up with 3 coworkers. The girlat the register was super kind and so we're the cooks. They need to have a better system for answering phones some people don'twant to order online and pay ahead. Glad the new one is about to open on the other side of town. Seriously!!! Order was totally wrong.... Again!! Philly cheese steak came with onions.... Again!!! Even after specifically... saying no onions... Almost as much onion as meat. Worst Penn Station consistently. They shut off there phones and door dash daily. They say they are too busy and understaffed. ... Showed up 15 mins after they opened and seen 2 customers and 8 staff members....lol. Remind you, they were too busy to answerphones. Waiting for the new store out on the East Side. Ordered online went in to pickup and watched numerous people complain about not getting sandwiches or getting wrong sandwiches... all together no management guide the workers had no direction at one time must have been 30 sandwiches on the table they keptsearching for correct sandwiches in the pile of sandwiches. I was short a sandwich and I want a refund I spent 52 dollars formy order and received poor customer service and was short a sandwich . Penn Station do better. Went in on 29th at 12:28 afterSam said she would replace the sandwich to have Adam tell me they can't replace the sandwich that I would have to go tocorporate. Wth keep the the 9 dollar sandwich that's the last time Penn Station makes a profit off of me. Read more

Went here for a quick lunch, food & Service was subpar. They forgot toppings and after informing a worker, they said "I don't... care"... then after the worker was informed, another worker was picking up stuff off the floor and without washing hands orputting on gloves, added the missing toppings to our sub. Then I said please remake that because I'm not eating something thatsomeone touched without gloves on with unclean hands. During this time another worker fell because the floor behind the counterwas covered in food and debris. The sub was then remade, I sat down to eat, & now after taking a bite there was a 6 or 7 inchhair in my food because no one was wearing a hair net or had their hair neatly pulled up to avoid this problem. The manager wasalerted at this point and they comped (only) my sub which I didn't get to eat anyways. Absolutely terrible experience and wewill not be going back here for a very long time, if ever. This is the 1st time I've ever had a bad experience at any PennStation but it was enough to turn me off of it. Read more
