THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STORE PIZZA HUT HAVE TO HAVE IN THE USA. Nothing like ordering your food, waiting for you food and it... never shows up. And if that's not bad enough you get a call from a person that is supposed to be in charge, that's having a badmorning and starts yelling at you. I could see if I was being a "Karen" but lady what happen to the customer service, don't takeyour bad morning out on me. Needless to say, I would rather go hungry than to ever order from here. Hadn't been to Pizza Hut in years, wound up paying more than I would anywhere else for food I'd simply qualify as Eh, which was... fine to me. My bigger reason for two stars though aside from price to quality ratio is that we got wings and they come in thesegigantic plastic domes that are in no way environmentally friendly. Why is a corporation in 2022... a time where companies aretrying to *reduce* plastic use slapping their WiNg StReEt label on plastic domes that literally only exist so that theiremployees can toss unflavored wings in flavoring inside the container they get served in? Just invest in giving the employeestools they need to do that at each store and put the wings in cardboard go boxes. Read more
I asked for banana peppers to be added to our ultimate edge pizza. The add-on charge was 3.75 for this item.. I feel that was a... little high since the peppers are not that costly. I also picked up my order, I feel there should be a discount for,peoplepicking up there pizza and paying in person. Read more
First of all I wanted the pizza delivered at 845 pm and received a call stating the store cant stay open to normal time (9pm)... because they don't have a closer...ok...I acquiesed...deliver at 745... this is what I received. Unacceptable. Will never orderfrom this location again. Read more
BREADSTICKS ARE JUST AS GOOD AS THEY WERE 10 YEARS AGO! We ordered a whole bunch of breadsticks because we've been low-carb for... years but we were craving them, and I am so happy to see they taste just as delicious as they did back in the day!
