I was at this rallys at 1039pm and the female that answered speaker told me to back out of the drive thru because she refused to... even take My order I've tried to call to get her name but she refuses to answer the phone I'd like to talk to a manager becausethis is foul I've worked in fast food for over 6 years and this place is a joke poor customer service. I live in Springfieldohio I'll figure out her name. I won't give up till I figure out her name and call corporate and report her and hopefullysomething Is done! New automated ordering system is hard to use but good boy and staff quickly fixed proble.

Food here seems to be much better in the daytime. They're busier at night, so you would expect to get fresh, hot food. It's not... stale, just rarely hot. Read more

My husband has already reviewed this and let you know that we waited 25 min for our food. I was just bragging to him about how... fast it was and remembered when I was Assistant manager at a different location that the 25 min wait would have never happened.We should have been told what was going on and at least been told sorry for your wait but we weren't...
