I am absolutely not the type of person to ever complain about any food service because i?ve worked in the restaurant business... before. I am so disappointed in this company. The employees were some of the most incompetent people i?ve ever had to deal with.There are so many osha violations. My friends and I had placed 3 separate orders for the same time to pickup at 8:10 pm. Myboyfriend went in and told the employee he had ordered 3 separate orders. They told him that they had handed all of his pizzasout to door-dashers and many other people. I decided to come in and i was disgusted at the place. There were employees vaping inthe lobby while putting their feet up on the tables. The employee who was actually making the food had on opened toed shoes andsweatpants, didn?t wash her hands, or have gloves on. They had attitudes towards my boyfriend and I. We didn?t get our pizzasuntil 9 PM! I think it is absolutely outrageous that we had to wait for our pizzas an hour after we ordered them and the factthat the service and restaurant was disgusting. Pizza is good. Typically order online and it is usually ready at time quoted. Some of the employees could use better people... skills. I ordered two identical pizza and 2 sauces per pizza. He scolded me in front of everyone saying next time order 4sauces. I tried to explain that the two in front of the pizza means TWO identical pizza and that includes sauces. It wasclear on the receipt however he couldn?t understand that. I tried to explain politely but he was frustrated so I gave uptrying to explain it and just let him say what he had to say. I ordered pizza here a few weeks back. Went to pick it up and I was told the ovens broke and to call the next day because there... was no manager on duty to issue the refund. Well it's been weeks I've made several phone calls to the store and never able tospeak to a manager, calls to corporate and no resolve..I still have NOT received my refund for $40 worth of pizza that I neverreceived. There is no such thing as customer service anywhere! I will not be a returning customer. 1st time visiting a Rapid Fire pizza place. Chose this locale because it was 15 mins from my job. Ordered on the website & the... food was ready by the time I got there. Got the No Doh ($9) spinach based pizza with red & green onion, mozzarella, cucumbers,red sauce & chicken. Food was nice & hot & delicious. I would have given them 5 stars but the main base (spinach) was a littleon the light side-see photos- Still overall good food! Read more

It depends on who?s the manager for the shift?they?re not consistently clean, and the pizza sometimes salty sometimes okay. Even... the toppings, sometimes little, sometimes a lot. Love to come back cos of the toppings, the taste, and the vegan option...butI?m traumatized of the saltiness and uncleanliness. I got stomach problem the 2nd to the last order. And the last one I got verysalty ???? Better buy your own toppings and just get Dominos! Read more
Absolutely horrible. There were two boys working last night when we went. They both seemed to know nothing about what to do.... They closed the lobby early last night which was fine but tell your customers that instead of waiting until we sit down beforecoming over to us making a huge deal. The one preparing our pizza was rude each time we asked to add something. The second boyboxed our pizza, when I reminded him I needed sour cream and lettuce on the taco pizza, he threw the box open and addedcilantro. I mentioned that wasn?t lettuce and he said ?that?s the only lettuce I have?. I?m going to try this place again when adifferent shift is working but my experience was horrible. Read more
