Totally understand being understaffed but our experience at this location was awful. If a place is that understaffed they should... probably just close for the evening. Waited 5 minutes when we got there, had to ask the person at the bar for help and she saidshe had to find someone else, just for that person to tell us we could sit wherever. Many tables loaded with dirty dishes. Tooka very long time for anyone to come to the table, then to just get water. Had to ask 3 times for silverware. Food took almost 30minutes, for a restaurant that did not have many customers, and when it did come out it was lukewarm at best. Verydisappointing. Another table had a lady still waiting for her food after we got ours and the rest of her table had already eatenand they were there before us. We will definitely choose a different restaurant when around that location again. Read more

Hate to leave this kind of review but they need to get their act together. The only reason I didn?t leave a one was the server... was great. Love the location in Dublin. Never had an issue there. In my last visit: Wasn?t shown to my seat when I enteredinto the restaurant. Had an uninvited guest scurry along the table in front of my son while he ate. He caught it in a napkinand I gave it to our waitress who was great. No faults to her. I feel bad she was working there. Spoke to management about itand they explained the cause due to a delivery from their food vendor and other businesses were affected as well. Treatmentswere underway and the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Looking at the Clark County Health site it appears to be anon going issue since the middle of October along with other critical code violations. The last time I went there prior to thisexperience it was pretty rough looking as described by other reviews. Dirty tables and such. It?s a shame because the one inDublin is great. Read more

We eat here often. Love the food and enjoy playing keno. Today we went for a carry out order. There was a few mistakes in the... order when we picked it up. The order was pretty large. When we called in to get it fixed, the manager, Nick fixed the issuesand all was well. Mistakes are bound to happen anywhere you go, as we are all human. How you handle those mistakes says a lot. Appreciate you all and your hard work. Thank You Read more

Spent over a hundred dollars. Ordered a burger med rare. Came out well done , no sign of it ever being pink. Wings were... undercooked. Breading was soft with no crunch. Very greasy as well. Cauliflower same , no crisp what so ever. Used to be ourfavorite wing place. Read more

I would leave zero stars it I could. Stopped in on a Monday afternoon. They were not busy at all. We were seated ordered our... drinks, and appetizer. We got our drinks, and then waited forty minutes for our loaded potato skins. When the waitress broughtthem out she said they left them in the deep fryer to long, and they were burnt. She said I went ahead, and brought them out, Ididn't want you to have to wait on more of them to be made. You should never have brought them out of the kitchen. Read more

We got two salads with fried chicken brought to the car. First, you cannot beat the quality of these salads, anywhere, period!!... They are made with nutritional lettuce, not iceberg and the chicken is excellent! Next, they brought a pup cup to the car forBentley boy! He loved it and it was so fun!! I've been a Roosters customer for well over 10 years but first time to thisSpringfield location. Plenty of parking. More pictures next time! Read more

I order carryout often as it?s an easy dinner before going to work all night at the hospital. The host staff is awful and very... rude. The quality of food the last couple of times has not been worth it and you can?t even get ketchup. If you?re out ofketchup packets, there are soufflé cups that ketchup can go in, and it should be offered. Roosters used to be my favorite, butI think I?m going to have to find something else. So disappointing. Read more

Rooster's was one of my very favorite places to eat. Before Covid-19. Covid has given Rooster's the excuse to lower food... quality, the quality of service and raise prices. This was our 3rd time ordering in the last 12 months, we used to eat thereevery other week. We picked up our order tonight and it was ready on time and not very hot. The chicken fingers (4 piece) withBBQ dipping sauce became 4 breaded chicken breasts dipped in BBQ sauce. Our 20 piece boneless wings had no medium sauce onthem, they were plain. They also had some curious black marks on some pieces. Lastly our potato skins with extra sour cream onthe side just wasn't included. At least they didn't charge us for the forgotten part of our order. When I called to let themanager know about our issues the hostess said, "Oh, yeah, we are out of potato skins tonight." Then why take my order forthem? Why not call me back to tell me they were out? Why not try customer service? So the hostess left me on hold for 4minutes for the manager and I remembered what happened the last 2 times I called. Nothing. No coupon offer, no discounts....just a hollow apology with what sounded like a shrug... almost as if to say, "Oh well, that's life in the times of Covid."Rooster's takes no responsibility and figures it is the cost of business during Covid.... the new norm that everyone must expectand deal with. Well, no longer. We vote with our orders and dollars and will make our own chicken next time. Avoid thisRooster's at all costs; they only want your money and care not for customer service. Read more
