I am a regular here. I have watched the staff change and we even mourn the loss of one of the Baristas. They are kind and 98% of... the time they get my order perfect. There are a couple of times that I have had something not quite right but it's always beencorrected. And when I say 98% of the time take into consideration that I am here five to seven times a week and sometimes ifI've had a busy day I'll be there twice a day. Sometimes the wait at the drive-thru is a little bit longer but this is literallythe only drive-thru Starbucks in the entire city so you have to kind of cut them a break. I have literally been to Starbucks allaround the world including the countries of Jordan and Lebanon. This is one of the better shops. And I had to laugh reading theone star review where it says the Barista poured an entire container of milk in before steaming it and using what they needed.The milk comes out of a gallon jug so I'm pretty sure the entire container didn't get poured into that little silver cup inorder to be steamed. I love starbucks and usually i have very nice people every time i go to starbucks, but this one specifically is terrible. The... employees have the worst attitudes and act as if it would kill them to be nice. I?ve witnessed multiple people get intoarguments with them because they have such a bad attitude and will make people wait 15-20 minutes for a drink that is justsitting on the counter waiting to be finished. If you hate your job, get a new one :) it?s that simple. Read more
I very much liked my mocha frappuccino only suggestion blend it a little longer to get the ice chunks out of the bottom
This location usually has good service, and pretty fast also. I know some locations compared to this one and the service line is... decently timed compared to others. I think they have great customer service. I usually get the Iced Carmel macchiato there andit never disappoints. Read more

I went on a coffee run for my office, and ordering ahead in the app was super easy! I only had to wait 2-3 minutes for them to... finish my order and the drink were delicious! Really friendly, hard-working staff! Read more
Great atmosphere, slow service, but nice workers. They either got my drink wrong or skipped me in the queue, but they were... really nice and quick to fix the issue. A little better service and you would have earned 5*. Will recommend. Read more
*****this was a slightly abnormal pick up. And I'm not a regular. Today this place was busy. I think it was a special day.... Mobile orders were running about 15-20 min behind. Still the staff was putting there all into it and doing the best they couldbeing swamped and freaking with the less patient customers. Besides the wait nothing wrong with Starbucks side. The atmospherewith the amount of people and rude people is what killed it which is unfair to Starbucks, I know, but an honest opinion. Read more
