We felt welcomed and well taken care of by our server. We both had grouper baskets. Perfect fish. Coleslaw was great too. Kids... wanted Mac and cheese but it wasn't prepared. We're told it would take 35 minutes to make it fresh, so they each orderedsomething different but were given sides of mac and cheese once it was cooked, which was very kind. Overall we were very happywith our lunch stop. We are out of towners, but if we weren't, we would for sure go back. Read more
I?m waiting for $23.75 to be returned to me.... it will be 2 weeks on Saturday since I was charged separately from our $43.65... meal w/beer. I?ve received no return phone calls and the explanations have been suspicious. Prove me wrong!!!! Contact me orreturn the money back into my account. You have all of the information so, do the right thing. My correct bill was $43.65 and weadded a $10.00 tip. Another charge of $19.00 and change was slipped into my bill?!?!?!? I questioned this but was told that theywill not charge me and that ?it? would drop off. I expect for Taylor?s to return my money!!!! Came here to dine in with the family. The service was pretty good. I had gotten the Hamburger and a beer. The Hamburger was... good, the taste of it was fine but it didn?t have great flavor and the size of it was pretty large. I did not leave therehungry. I ordered a Miller Lite bottle of beer and it was cold and good(not skunked). I originally was coming here to get asteak but after looking at the menu, the price of the steak was slightly higher than what I wanted to pay. There is a lot ofopen space and seating inside, might be a good place to take a party. Read more
Most taverns we've visited have a historic ambience. This was nothing more than a mediocre sports bar with unnecessarily loud... rap music, which later changed to oldies and country, thank goodness. Our server was very attentive and accommodating and madeseveral trips to ask management our questions, so we don't fault our server. But our meals arrived and she realized no one hadbrought our salad, which I would have preferred first. Online and on the menu, it said the dessert was Cheesecake Factory Dulcede Leche. She said they didn't have any but carried 4 flavors of cheesecake. I ordered the New York Style. This was nothing likethe Cheesecake Factory! It was a tiny slice, still frozen, of generic cheesecake, much cheaper and inferior to CheesecakeFactory. Our server apologized, but it was not her fault that management did not update their menu and website, thus providingfalse advertising about the cheesecake. The meal itself was satisfactory--salad, ribs, and baked potato. Not stellar but notbad. Read more
