This place was surprisingly good compared to the last time I was here. That time would've been a zero star rating if I had made... a review. This time I had a burger and it was way better than the chicken wings. I had the cheese curd burger with fries and Itwas so good I ate it before realizing I was gonna take a picture. I come here very often and have been for years. Unfortunately it appears that their quality has not kept up with the new price... hikes. The last 4 or 5 take out orders I've made were wrong. Anywhere from giving me sauceless wings because they were out ofthe one I ordered (instead of asking me for an alternative), forgetting sides, sending me home with boneless instead of bone-inor misplacing my call in order and completely forgetting to make the order. My most recent order I came in for to pick up mytake out order, paid and took a seat, so they knew I was there. They brought my food out and immediately put it in the warmerbox. After waiting around 20 minutes i asked for an update on my order only to find they put it in the box while I was in therewaiting. Didn't even announce the order or ask if it was mine. Until they fix their customer service issues and keep the qualityup then I wouldn't recommend eating here. Lately I've been considering no longer wasting my time or money here when I can getsimilar prices at hot mama's and they don't mess up every order. Read more
It’s not the first time we get our order wrong or something is missing. Today our fries where missing so my husband went back... to get them. We get home and I don’t have the lemon pepper wings I ordered instead we received another batch of honey bbq.I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always something. Read more
Leaving two stars because I have had positive experiences but wow. Ordered delivery. One of my side sauces came WITHOUT A LID.... What a mess. Not to mention, the other sauces are barely a quarter full? And a couple items are wrong. Next time I will goelsewhere. Read more
Will definitely not be going back for awhile. I ordered via phone. The person taking the order was rude and had a tone. When I... went to go pick it up, the same person that took the order was the one to charge us. I asked her to repeat the order because Iknew it was a large order. Once she finished the transaction she said she was going to get our order…never did. She just stoodthere. My partner had to go get our order as she watched. He read the receipt before we left to double check our order. Once wegot home is when we noticed they messed up the order. No fries for all bundles that we bought. We asked for boneless for one ofthe orders and they gave us bone. Asked for half mango habanero and hot, we got all mango. Called to let them. Manager washelpful and offered refund. I had a 10pc traditional wings, side on the side, and also got the brisket tacos ???? with side of fries. It was delicious and... fresh. I had a strawberry lemonade ???? ???? it was well balanced between sweet and sour. The waitress was helpful andwelcoming. Great environment and vipes. Ok, I'll admit I may not be the best person to review a wings joint. I'm really not much of a face eater. Before I complain I... would like to point out that the brisket sandwich was pretty good. Brisket was my girlfriend's choice, because she's smart. I,on the other hand, am not. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos. On the menu Ultimate Nachos have the option to include brisket,chicken or chili for an additional price. I chose not to include any of those because I prefer the seasoned hamburger thataccompanies every nachos I have ever ordered anywhere. My mistake, Ultimate Nachos do not come with any meat whatsoever. Theyalso include very, very little cheese. Upon discovering this and learning from the server that they do not have any seasonedhamburger, I elected to buy the chili. The chili was a flavorless hot flavor so that was a bust. Eventually I realized that Ihad made a mistake so I abandoned the nachos and ate a portion of the brisket that my girlfriend kindly offered upon seeing mydepression. Shortly thereafter our evening out was over. We had enjoyed the game and the kindness and patience of our serverbut we have decided that we don't fit in at Buffalo Wild Wings. Additionally, I have decided to look up the definition of theword "ultimate" to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Read more
