I've been here lots of times, and the last 3 times I went there they messed up my order, I ordered onion rings, and a milkshake,... and when I got home and opened the bag they forgot my onion rings and gave me fries instead and a cheese burger. But overall Ilike their food. Read more
This Burger King was awful. The wait was 40 mins from the time I got in the drive - thru until I parked went in & got my food.... The customer service was horrible & the manager didn't care. The female manager had some guy (not an employee) come in & lockthe doors. He was in dirty work clothes & was not polite to other customers at all. He then went into the back of the restaurant& just hung out. We ordered a coffee, chocolate shake & a whopper. The coffee was disgusting!! The whopper was good but notworth a 40 min wait. Good breakfast deal on the 2 for $4.00 crosandwiches. Only complaint I had was I ordered ham and when I got home I found out I... was given sausage. Nobody in my house likes sausage so kind of a waste. Read more
They're fast and friendly and it's one of my preferred fast food joints in my neighborhood. Unfortunately every time I order... nuggets from here they are pretty overcooked. If they could work on that, it would be a 5/5! Will keep going here anyhow astheir other food is good Read more

Super unpleasant customer service. If you're out of one ingredient for a brand new menu item that's advertised in 3 different... places on your menu, maybe you should put a sign up. Or at the very least, let your customer know that you are substitutingtheir order request with a previous menu item, since you are out of the one ingredient to make the sandwich. Took a good 20 minutes to get onion rings and chicken nuggets. There was no one in front of us in the drive through... Although... a handful of people appeared in the lobby. Staff was nice but clearly having problems. Read more
