Food is standard Firehouse which is good but every time I've come here in the past several months it takes them an extra 30... minutes to make my order. Both online & ordering in person. Today was basically the last straw after waiting 45 minutes!!Absolutely ridiculous. Especially when they aren't even that busy looking. Just a bunch of zoned out kids moving extremely slowmaking sandwiches. Never have this problem at other firehouse locations. Read more
Great service good sub nice establishment came in today 9/15 for my wife's bday sandwich. I love the cause the money goes to.... But I work in the maintenance industry and the way there air supply vents and return air vents look I can only imagine the lackof fresh air in there and I net those hvac filters don't look good either. I hope all of this dust all over the ceiling andlights and vents aren't going in people's food. Might want to dust and clean vents. Other than that I would have given 5 stars Read more
Literally some of the worst service I?ve ever received. Blake the manager is timid and is too shy to even speak to customers. I... placed an online order at 6:07pm and was given a 6:25pm ?ready by? time. I arrived around 6:35pm and they still said it would be6/7 min. I walk back to my car to wait. I come in 10 min later and they gave it away to the wrong person. How incompetent areyou? They said they would remake it and I didn?t receive my food till 7:10!! I will NEVER go back to this location. Edit: Notonly did the manager have an awful attitude, but I was never apologized to, my ?remake? wasn?t bumped up in the line, nor was myorder complete or correct. Read more
The first thing I noticed was that there was only 1 customer inside when we got there. They did not seem busy and there were 4... guys working behind the counter. We ordered and went to sit down and all 6 tables were filthy. It took them 15 minutes to make 2club sandwiches, one of which had an unacceptable amount of marinara sauce on it from the knife that had cut it in half. Had picked up my online order, checked it in the car to realize they forgot THREE different ingredients on my sandwich. Went... inside to ask for the sides but was ignored at the counter by the two guys standing there on the computer just straight upignoring me. Wouldn?t event look at me. Treated me like I was a problem after asking politely for my sandwich to be fixed. Itreally ruined my day and I don?t think I can ever eat here again. Hire better workers Read more
The sandwiches are always good, but my goodness they cannot communicate correct times to save their lives. Today is the last... time I'm eating here as I sit in the restaurant - 15 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. If your order says itwill be ready at 5:30, you should expect to wait an additional 20 minutes at minimum. Recommendation to management: when someoneorders online tackle and extra 20 minutes onto the predicted pick up time. Read more
Donate to a great cause. A portion of every order placed at firehouse subs, goes to help buy equipment for first... responders. The veggie sub is also fresh and prepared as you wait. Sandwiches are smaller which makes the prices a bit morethan competition. Still worth it. I think they all smoke way too much weed before they come in.. the dude forgot to get money from 2 customers in a row forgot... what I ordered.
