Got our order ,as we were currently the only ones in line. However, our food was all cold / obviously had been sitting before... serving for quite a bit. As we only live about 7 blocks away. I'd say ,It sure takes longer than that to get that old and cold.Thank you air fryer Read more
Messy. Nearly inedible. First time I've ever been to one, as one of my pot-head friends recommended it. The food was somewhat... tasteless, and I never knew a chicken sandwich could be a ball of mess. Their water was good, that is why I give 2 stars over1. Read more
Very friendly and helpful employees but overall a negative experience. Wet sticky floor, dirty tables, filthy windows &... doors(glass). Out of napkins, drink lids and sourdough bread. Worst of all, the food was very disappointing. Read more
Not gonna lie. 5 star customer service as far as people go. However for $25 I?m a little disappointed in the food quality.. my... husbands burrito was a phattttttty! His burger was great. Now where my tacos come into play. My mini tacos were great. Warm, allingredients! However my normal tacos were cold, and no it wasn?t from the sauce. The middle was straight cold. And no cheese, ifyou go to jack in the box for only the tacos you know the cheese is the cherry on top to ice cream. Speaking of cold things,milkshake machine was down. I played it off with a ?did I pull up to McDonald?s?!? And laugh and I nearly died when I heard theworker inside die with a huge belly laugh when she realized what I said. So, workers were great and friendly. Only downfall wasmy tacos and unfortunately we went for good food and only got half of that. I have to say, of the jack in the box in town thisone is at least open and they have staff. More integrity when it comes to food and y?all would have a solid crew! Read more
Ordering from Uber Eats is a nightmare (Uber Eats is not the problem). Jack in the box takes forever to make order, if they make... it at all. If you try and call the restaurant, no one answers the phone or the phone hangs up on you. They need a brush up oncustomer service and time management. Read more
When I go late at night it seems the service an food is poor an sloppy. Either the food Its cold or missing toppings on burger.... The customer service at window could be more pleasant. Please show more interest an care for the paid customers. Read more
