Just ordered from here right after breakfast for a pickup order. Pretty sure they gave me fries from the night before as they... were almost stone cold and soggy. I ordered at 1045. They should have been hot and fresh. The fries my daughter got were niceand fresh. 2 med size fries.... cold and soggy after switching from breakfast to lunch is not acceptable. This was your average McDonald's. We used the touch screen to order and pay. We got breakfast food to go. The person behind the... counter handed me my order when it was ready and asked me to take a survey about the service. I thought that was odd because Idid everything except cook the food, wrap it, and stick it in a bag. Pretty soon we'll have to do that too I suppose. Robotswill prepare the food and it will come down chutes where the customer does they rest. The only people who will work atMcDonald's will be the ones who keep the robots operating and do janitorial work. Read more

This restaurant has high turnover, so their service level is hit or miss. When they're slammed, order accuracy takes a nosedive.... Be sure to get a receipt, and check your order before leaving. From my interactions in the last month, chances of gettingsomething shorted on an order is about 50/50. YMMV. Read more

07/08/2022 The breakfast sandwiches are only a $1 in the app. Mobile order was an easy pickup as the lobby was open. So I tried... a McGriddle with sausage, egg and cheese. I liked the McGriddle bread as it tasted like maple syrup. The cheese I raked off thesandwich as it looked like plastic. Very busy location. I've lived in the area for almost four years now, and during my entire time living here I have always had issues with this... McDonalds. They always push you forward to sit and wait for food, then it takes an extra 10-15 minutes of waiting. Doesn't feelvery good when you're looking for 'fast food.' Have also had several issues with fries being stone cold, or items just beingplain forgotten in the bag. Filled out surveys, never get contacted. Read more
