McKenzie cafe is wonderful! My aunt used to work here when I was a kid. The owner would always give me mint patties and gummy... worms when I would come to have lunch with my mom and my aunt. I love this place yummy biscuits & gravy for the adults and adorable bear pancakes for the kids. The ppl that work here are... amazing. Sometimes I can't come in for a while and when I do it's as if I've never left. They are so nice great service andtreat you like family. You should come here and enjoy the ppl and the biscuits. Great service and people. Full disclosure: I have only been here 1 time. Personally, I like my food spicy and/or savory. The... food here was well cooked and flavored, it was just a little too sweet for me. I probably will not go back, but only because ofmy personal preference in flavors. The food was good for what is was, just not my first choice in flavor profile. We had thebiscuits and gravy, a couple of omelets, and a short stack. Read more

This is probably my favorite breakfast restaurant. Their food is all delicious! No processed bland tastes anywhere! It?s very... clean tidy establishment with a cozy atmosphere. They have the restaurants history on the walls for any who care to know. Itis owned and operated by two of the friendliest people I have ever have the pleasure of meeting. Great little place! It was really clean and had fantastic customer service. The waiter we had was very friendly and personable.... The bacon there was the best bacon I have ever had, I enjoyed every bite. I also had the French toast which was also reallygood, they have a special batter and they put cinnamon on it. Clean, reasonable priced breakfast & lunch items. Non greasy food. They were able to accommodate a gluten allergy & dairy-free... person's at another table. Large portions. Owner's were patient with a family with young kids. A fave go-to place I take my outof town family & friends! Read more
I was looking for a place to pickup breakfast when our refrigerator was being repaired and saw their Google listing so I thought... I'd give them a try...What a secret find...
