Went to lunch here with co-workers and had a great time. I had the grilled salmon with a sweet potato. No complaints as the food... was great and the service was very good. I will be back the next I am up in Springfield. Read more
Unfortunately my food especially the pulled pork was horrible, I don't really like to say that about anybody's cooking unless... it's true. The table needed to be wiped down after we were seated. The staff was amazing very friendly the manager wasapologetic and removed the price of the food off our bill. But it doesn't change the fact the potatoes, pulled pork, and ribswere all cold. In the picture you can see the butter not even melting after I tried to smash it into the potatoes. The manageroffered to bring out another plate of pulled pork and I tried it they microwaved it and it was by my standards unedible. My wifehad the chard salad with chicken breast. It seemed like they cut the chicken breast in half for her salad. The staff was greatand the manager was very cool unfortunately I don't believe I will be back. Read more
This is the only restaurant that I've eaten at in the entire state so far that has food as good as back home in California.... Truly the taste of home. Waitress was polite and the salty peanuts were very tasty before the meal. Very special place. Read more
Great service, quality food!! Get the boneless wings with the honey molasses BBQ sauce. It's a good amount for the price. The... burger are great big and tasty. The egg rolls are good they come with a sweet pepper jelly. Read more

I love to sit in the bar when we go here. Friendly staff always takes good care of us. We started with the warm rolls, the... butter really makes them worth the carbs. ???? Their ceasar salad is always delicious, fresh, crispy romaine. The whiskey riversalmon is a winner. I love that the sauce is on the side, so you can have the amount you like. If we didn't eat so muchgoodness, we could enjoy a dessert but we couldn't stop eating, so no room this time...next time...to-go boxes and room fordessert are the goal. ???? Read more
Short on staff so we had a 10 minute wait even though not busy. Staff were friendly and doing there best to keep up with... things. We were offered a bag of peanuts as well as some delicious bread rolls to snack on. Plenty of food options and decentlysized portions. The best part of our meal was the salad and chili. Foul food. Ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers to go for my family. We ordered online and payed, they asked me to pay when I picked... up. Charged both me and my mother. Tried to speak with the ?manager? over the phone and hung up on us. Hopefully one of us getsrefunded for the double charge. But that was the worst burger I have ever tasted, I tried to eat it. I could taste the old cakedon food from the grill, there was a little pickle on the top that was dried out and tasted like fish. No sauces came to put onthe burger or dip the fries in. Cold stale bun untoasted, limp cold fries. For $90 I think sauce for the fries would beappropriate. They obviously don?t care that gateway grill is packed at all times while they have no customers.
