I ordered BEYOND CHICKN on the Panda Express app and i ate most of what I thought was Beyond chickn. I started reheating it the... next day and cut the pieces in half and saw that it was actually CHICKEN !!!! I?m vegan and this has just made me so upsetbecause of ny own beliefs. The Chicken was also pinkish inside! I had also ordered brown rice, i received stir fry egg rice..called the manager and she said ?you have to complain on the app you ordered it from, it?s out of our control. Plus there?s noway of knowing if it?s chicken or not? . I told i have pictures and I have to complain through the app even though you guysserved the food?! Beyond ridiculous!! This is a very special Panda Express. Only drive through orders are allowed. The ?How to Panda? sign is great. Choose a meal,... side and entree. The bigger the plate the better right? Meal: Bigger plate. Side: Chow mein. Entrees: #1 Orange Chicken, #2String Bean Chicken Breast, and #3 Brocolli Beef. The reality is that all plates are the same size. The third entree does notfit, and you get it in a separate container. Regardless, I was too hungry to take a picture and devoured the entire thing.Fortune cookie: ?Look for Happiness and you will find it.? It doesn?t get better than that. Read more
06/29/2022 I ordered the two entree plate to go for $9.20. I got honey chicken, chicken Teriyaki and chow mein. I also ordered... two orders ($1.50 each) of crab ragoon that didn't have much filling in them. The entrees were quite filling. Read more
Food is great when it is available. However, don't expect it to be ready on time if you order online. Nor cooked when you are... ordering. I Avoid the drive through when possible to make certain food is cooked. 25-30 minute wait tonight for chicken and nochow mein or fried rice available. Other Panda Express in Eugene just as unreliable. Read more
It was very busy, which I guess means the food is good, however I am at a loss as to where the cream cheese is at in my over... cooked Ragoons. Read more
Terrible service, employee was was very rushed and short with me. My servings were tossed in the container and portion sized... were off. Tons of noodles under my orange chicken, with q very small amount of chicken (see photos). I've visited alot ofpandas expresses but this one was one of thr worst. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. But I won't be returning, norrecommending this location. Read more
Food is great, when they have it, as they are always out of food & also they get our orders wrong every time. They gave us a... "free meal next time" offer & when we went to use it, they again were out of everything we wanted to order & on top of that, thegirl was extremely rude. What is going on over there? Read more
It's Panda Express so the food was amazing. However, I definitely cannot say the same for the service. The people who dished the... food and rang me up were not friendly in the least, and basically acted like they were in hell. Read more
