I ordered the over easy egg on brioche with sausage. I thought it was delicious, once the yolk cracks I think it needed a little... salt, but that?s out of their control. Portions here have gotten absurd. This LARGE soup, 1/2 a salad, 1/2 a sandwich, and LARGE Mac and cheese cost me $35... dollars. Staff are good, and it's clean, but man for the value it's just not worth it anymore. Read more
I paid $7.99 + $2 tip for a sandwich that was a little over 2 1/2 x 3 inches with barely any filling. I will not be ordering... here again. Not worth the money. The one positive is that my sandwich was ready fast. Read more
I don?t leave reviews ever. Or even call And complain. I ordered curbside. The first time I waited 10 minutes for my order.... Eventually just went in. I don?t think they even planned on bringing it out. 3 employees all standing around and my Order justsitting there. Second time I waited 5 minutes I already knew it be the same Situation as last time. My order sitting on thecounter my drink melting. 3 girls standing gossiping. Not helping anyone. Running my order out could have been done. I wasreally irritated with them. I told them I waited for my order and ?you guys don?t look busy at all? it was hard not be irritatedwith them. As I was walking away the girls were laughing and giggling thinking It was funny. It?s not funny. It?s rude ashell. I also make sure I tip I appreciate service. Especially having my order brought to Me. I called the manager to ask they bemore Considerate when it comes to curbside pick up. She didn?t seem To care. Im sure all the Employees are Close and have eachother?s backs. This is why I?m leaving a review instead. Don?t order curbside endless you have the time wait until they do it ontheir own time. Or not at all. Matter fact just get rid of it. The employees don?t want to do it. Why have it. Running latebecause they just don?t feel that taking an order out is part of their job. Read more
Pros: Overall the interior of this place was good. Food was made freshly and this is one of the reasons why I pick Panera. The... fresh ingredients don?t make you feel refreshed rather than groggy. I recommend the chicken sandwich here it?s quiettasty. Cons: cost is definitely overpriced here. I also had an issue with the Asian sesame salad. Yes the ingredients werefresh but all they did to make it Asian was add crotons and sesame seeds and sliced almonds. There wasn?t any flavor added toactual make it unique to the Asian cuisine. Panera Bread in Eugene has a great staff and they get "customer service" Morg runs a good crew and deserve your business. ... Drive through food was hot and fast. Been loving Panera Bread as an eatery, since my Son worked there, back in NJ, when he was in HS! Today, here living back home... in OR, my dining partner & I had pepperoni flatbread pizza. It was just as I expected, truly excellent. I have never had a badmenu item or a bad pastry or a bad bagel here. I placed an order online today at 12:20 pm and the delivery time stated 30 to 40 min. I waited for over an hour for my order to... arrive. I attempted to reach the Gateway location to verify that my order had gone thru at 1:15 pm since I thought maybe therewas some kind of glitch online with my order... We were supposed to get our order at 12:50 pm and it did not show up until 1:45pm...I'm very disappointed with this service. My food was warm at best, and there were no utensils & my tomato soup was missingthe added toasted bread pieces... I would not recommend ordering online for delivery from this location. Read more
