Don?t buy a salad. Mine was made fresh and the photo is so yuck they won?t post it. Scary lettuce.

We ordered in store a family size build your own pizza. Including ground beef. We got it home and NO ground Beef, toppings were... glopped on in areas and other areas bare. We called to address this & were put on hold for over 8 minutes listening to howimportant we are to Papa?s. Them they connected us to the manager who said they ran out of ground beef. They did not tell usthat and charged our card for a pizza with the ground beef. Not the way to run a business. We were told bring back the pizza &will credit you! They wanted us to drive back into town w/ the pizza & they would credit us! So they want us to drive back standin line on Friday night with people ordering their pizza! Very lame customer service, I have had to call 4 times to try to get an over charged issue taken care of and all I keep getting... is a run around. I even tried to say they could just repay in pizza and nope just another "um let me get ahold of my manager andsee about getting it taken care of." For the 2nd time now. If this ever gets taken care of I personally won't be using thisstore again as it has been a week now and nothing has even remotely been taken care of. Read more

I've always had good service here but the last few trips the pizzas have been really lacking. We ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Giant... pepperoni and a giant three cheese and they had barely any cheese on them and only about a dozen pepperoni's. They were alsothin crust when we ordered regular. Read more

Papa Murphys Pizza tastes great. But there's something to be said about a well prepared crust. And I can't say that about... theirs... it's to be expected that a small air bubble or 2 forms up in the baking process, but this is ridiculous... not tomention the crust is constantly sticking to the tray... anyways, this isn't the first time I've had a poor pizza experience fromthis store, but this is by far the worst yet... Classic bake at home pizza is always great, but this location needs some work. With 7-9 people working all at once I waited 40... minutes for a grubhub order that they said would be ready in 15. Staff was not attentive or helpful, all of them seemedstressed. Better management necessary. Edit: after expressing my frustrations Kathy made it right, and redeemed Murphys with afree smores bar. The last 2 times I called in they completely messed up both pizzas. And I know the person taking the order got it right because... they repeated it back to me. I get there today to pick up my pizzas and they are laughing about the long wait time. They offerto remake 1 of my pizzas but I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait for them to mess it up again. I say this because about 3weeks ago I ordered 3 pizzas and they were all 3 wrong too. Last time I took them back and they messed up 2 of the 3 again.
