Had to ask multiple times for napkins, coffee, pancakes, to go boxes. She forgot our hot cakes and just heated them up in the... microwave. (Super tough) Yuck!! Didn't get my stuffed hashbrowns like I asked for. Never once said she was sorry. The waitresswe complained to said she had no idea where our waitress went. Come to find out our waitress went on a personal errand outside.We had to even wait to pay. Will go the extra miles to a different Shari's. Never going back in there. Read more
Was in Eugene for neck surgery. We stopped by for lunch before leaving. The service we got from the gentleman was excellent. He... was attentive and when they had no Triple Layer Pumpkin Pie in the case he went out of his way and found a frozen one in theback (we live 3 hours away). Our Burger and French Dips were done perfectly as were the Fries. We left very Happy. Read more
Used to a great place but serving portions are dramatically smaller. For instance, I ordered the Supreme nachos, assuming to... share. I was flabbergasted by size. Barely for 1 person. 5 x 5 basket with 12 chips, etc. Pie size reduced and prices raised!Won't go back. Read more
What makes this place five stars is their top waitress, Sherri. If she’s not their top paid employee after 20 years of... serving customers, then she should quickly be promoted! Amazing customer service, fun personality and just an overall friendlyperson. We all need more Sherri’s in this world, especially Shari’s! Read more
Waited there waiting to be seated. There was another line of people trying to pay for their meals. After 5 minutes another set... of people came in one of which walked around me and asked if there was a waiting list. She was informed that there wasn't. Shewent back and took a seat in the waiting area. One of the waiters finally showed up didn't even look and me and tilted her bodyto look at the people behind me and asked how many. She said 3 so the waiter told her she had a table open for them. Turns outshe knew the waiter. There was plenty of open table for my son and I. We had been standing there patiently waiting and wascompletely ignored. I just walked out without a word. I am a very understanding person especially if it looks like it's busy butI don't tolerate being ignored so that friends are welcomed before others. Read more
The chicken fingers were dry and hard like they'd been sitting and rewarmed. There was a black hair in one of the plates. The... queso sauce for the chips had developed a skin on top from sitting. The chicken quesadillas had the kind of diced chicken youtoss on a salad and only a little cheese and chicken at the tip of each. $28.05 before tip. Shari's cafe & pies on n Springfield #208, The food and service there was outstanding a real surprise even shorthanded there... was no wait for food and the quality was excellent. Server Stephen and manager Joe did a great job. If you're looking for agood place to eat I would highly recommend it. Read more
Clean and convenient. Food was good enough. Service was a little spotty. Had to ask for a coffee refill and was forgotten by our... server even though there weren't many customers. Luckily, another server finally zipped by and brought more coffee with a muchmore cheerful attitude. Maybe automatic coffee refills are too old school. Not such a big deal that I won't go back, though. Read more
