!WOULD RATE ZERO IF I COULD! You cannot hear staff through the drive-thru, yet their stalls are closed. Staff cannot hear you,... adding things you clearly did not say to your order. I ordered a SuperSonic Double bacon cheeseburger add jalapeno, and theygave me a burger with ONE piece of bacon. I couldn't even taste it. The mozzarella sticks came with no ounce of sauce in sight,which is the main reason people love them. Their popcorn chicken is 50% breading at the minimum, and tastes of flour. This is apoor excuse of a Sonic and the manager should be ashamed. You can't even manage your employees well enough to tell them to puttwo sauces in a bag? Are you kidding me? The minimum bacon on a double is two. This Sonic is worthless and you'd be better offthrowing your money at a frozen microwavable dinner, since that's the food quality you'll be getting. Read more
We just got milkshakes. The person taking our order at the pull up spot was a bit rude when she didn't understand what my... husband was ordering. He reas it word for word off their menu! Lol. When she came out to deliver the food she did take the timeto read the board and saw he was reading it exactly as it was written. The milkshake was super good! Read more
Usually I like Sonic but was so disappointed. Ordered a chicken ranch wrap. It had 3 pieces of burnt chicken on it and a nearly... a whole bottle of ranch dressing. It was horrible. I ordered chili cheese tots to go with it. The chili tasted like it had beensitting in the same pot for over a week. Only choice to place order was in the drive through,with all the classic stalls empty.They told me they were pick up only or delivery orders. Read more
I would highly suggest never going here. They'll never get your order right if you order more than one thing. Then when you tell... them it isn't right they will be rude and disrespectful and treat you like you're stupid. Their slushies are not frozen at allthey're just watered down and gross. Waste your money somewhere else. I'd ask for my money back but I'm sure they would messthat up too. Goodluck but I'd rather starve. Read more
Food is always good and the Limeades delicious! But.... We pressed the button to place our order and after 5 minutes of... waiting, the kiosk reset to press the button again. Same thing.....We moved to a different spot and pressed the button. Tookalmost 10 minutes to get service. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, they didn't include napkins, forks or ketchup. Iunderstand we have a problem with help these days, but we watched probably 20 cars being served through the drive through, whenthose of us in the drive up area were ignored. Read more
So I stopped by my local sonic today Ordered some food, great service, fast service, lady was really nice. Much better than last... time, still waiting on my gift card though. My foot long hot dog could have been a little bit hotter Other than that Reallyreally nice. thought about eating outside in front of the store on those tables but they could be cleaned a little bit better.Overall much better than last time I went there. Honestly I feel like Sonic has declined in food quality and service over the years. The frys and chicken always taste like old... fryer oil, milkshakes are always way too thick. Their slushies still won't disappoint though. My most recent time ordering theytook my order then didn't put it in, so I pressed the order button again and asked them to correct the order, they said theywould, and came out with it wrong anyway. Then they told me to press the button for a third time to order, so I did. They thengave me a sprite that was half lemonade. ???? support a local place that cares about its customers like Chicken Bonz or ToxicBurgers and Frys. Read more
I personally don't care for there food but I door dash and so I pick up a lot here and there nice and the atmosphere seems okay... never been in the place. Read more
