I kid you not it took 45 minutes to make two orders. We started in the drive through and that took so long they told us to come... inside. When we came inside they did not greet us nor any other customers that came in after us. No smiles no customer service.Only redeeming quality were the sandwiches were fine. Super unhappy. Read more
It's a hard no for me, definitely won't be back! I'm actually a little nervous about the food I just ate from there. The inside... of the restaurant was filthy and had flies everywhere. They were out of most everything that was ordered. The poor girl had tokeep going back to the drive thru window to tell the customer they had to pick something else because the item(s) they wantedwere out. By far the worst subway I have ever been to! Stood at the "order here" spot for almost 15 minutes before they startedhelping us. Just terrible all the way around. Read more
I wish I could post a picture of this disgraceful Veggie Delite here (I added it to their website photos) I just got going... through the drive thru. I ordered EVERYTHING except tomatoes and spinach and got a sprinkle of lettuce, olives, onions & greenpeppers. No jalapeño?s, banana peppers, cucumbers, olive, oil or salt and pepper. When I called and asked to speak to theManager I was told she wasn?t in and was told they couldn?t give me her name. I own a Bar and serve 1000s of meals and would beout of business if I ever tried to pass off a sandwich this sparse or lacking of ingredients. I am disgusted I paid for thismeal and can?t even let the manager know their staff isn?t providing menu items even close to the standard quality! Read more

Do not order online and expect it to be ready on time. I placed an order, waited 15 min, got the notification it was ready, and... went in to grab it, except there was nothing in the "online order" rack. Took 5 min for the staff to look up from the drive thruorder they were making, and once acknowledged, they said they hadn't started it! They did not apologize, just said, "yeah, gotreally slammed." Once they finally started the order, they broke the knife they were using and never tried to find anotherknife. So after an extra 27min passed the "ready" notification, they tossed the bag of 2 sandwiches on the counter, no apology,not even eye contact. When I get home & my husband and sit down to eat, the sandwiches are a complete mess, oozing condimentsdespite saying to go light on it, and most of the toppings were falling out. I wish I could say I'm surprised, but this was the2nd chance I gave this location, I will not give a 3rd. They need to either eliminate the drive thru or online order, becausethis location obviously cannot handle all options. Read more
I know that it is not the workers fault and it probably comes down from corporate oh, but the portion size has gotten smaller in... the prices have gotten higher and frankly that's getting kind of ridiculous. I just purchased a Subway club and I usually enjoygetting it because it's full of meat and veggies and the person who made mine was very sparse with the meat he tore the meatinhalf as he was making the sub, the whole point of the club is that it's got three meats on it which means it's going to be afilling sandwich. what I got today was pathetic and not worth the money Read more
