Friendly good fast. Yummy to the tummy
I usually like going there but not today. My son & I went there and right from the start the girl ?Ani? was short & rude as... hell. I asked her if she was ok & she tried to play it off with ?no everything?s fine . During this time she continues theattitude & then she when my son is tell her what he wants on his sandwich she ignores him to were he has to yell at her that hewasn?t done cuz she just started to wrap his sandwich and copped a bigger tide. As she goes to the register she?s starring medown & laughing. Again I asked her is there something wrong? She said?Nope? I told her I was calling on her for the way shetreated us and she said ?o?well?! She needs to be fired and not work with people! For the way she treated us. So on that note Ichose NOT to purchase the sandwiches! That made my day. but that?s what she deserved. She should be glad I was in a good moodand don?t like the color orange Read more
CURBSIDE ORDER, 30 MIN and still no sandwiches, had to wait inside and they gave me 3 wrong drinks. Never come here unless you... want to wait and get the wrong food. Read more
One of the most arrogant, worst managers I've experienced. Was extremely rude to me, and then the next customer, and she lost... any and all future business from me and my associates. 42nd street is 10 times better, and the employees deserve the supportmore then this communist ran franchise. I called for 8 days in a row to order over $300 worth of sandwiches for our crews that are currently working up the McKenzie... River after the wildfires. The first couple of days, the girl that took my order was really helpful and friendly. After that,I spoke to the manager and each day, they seemed to get a little more annoyed that I was ordering so many sandwiches (30ish). Icalled in plenty of time as this store is open until 10pm, but last night they asked if I could call back and when I did, sheasked me how many sandwiches I needed, and when I told her, she put the phone down and came back to say, "yeah, we aren't goingto be able to do those" and hung up. I get that I was ordering a lot of sandwiches, but I was under the impression thatsandwiches are what they make at Subway, so turning down approx. $300/day didn't make a lot of sense to me! Read more
My daughter and I got delicious made sandwiches a few days ago. Polite and effeciant staff. Highly recommend. Unlike the Mohawk... subway, I'll gladly come back to the Thurston one. Read more
