Management at this location is severely lacking, they are consistently out of beans, cheese and meat, the three most ordered... items in the store and offer 0 compensation for their own incompetence. On top of this they also have the items they say theyare out of and forget things ALL the time. If I could give this location - stars I would. The second any other option becomesavailable this location is going to sink. Read more

It's Taco Bell, so my expectations are by no means high.. that being said they are so far below the bar. They have taken the... fast right out of fast food. They close their lobby randomly, so even attempting to pick up an online order is questionable.Unless you are down to spend more time there than the time it takes to cook your own meal, I would not recommend. Put in an order online and said I would pick it up inside. Waited 20 mins before going to the store to find that they closed the... lobby but left the option open online. I then had to wait in a line for 25 mins before getting my food just for it to be coldand disgusting. Place is not managed properly. Also seems like a few of the people are on drugs. That is all. Employee do not read the screens to what customers want. Forgot the guacamole on my order. Handed me 4 empty cups. 2 were... supposed to be fountain drinks, okay I got them myself. 1 supposed to be Mountain Dew Baja blast freeze, the other a coldcoffee drinks. 1 orders supposed to be vegetarian, nope that?s didn?t happen either. Worst ever survice at this place ever.Today around 4:30pm. At least they were busy with their own conversation instead of reading the screens and receipts on customerorders. Read more

Worst general manager (Emily) ever!!! My husband and I ordered thru Grubhub, our first mistake. When we received it we were... missing several items and then we ordered 2 bean burritos with extra onion. I have been ordering bean burritos with extra redsauce and extra onion for nearly 20 years and I have never gotten anything that looked like this. I posted pictures because itlooked like they took the container of onions and just poured them out on both my burritos. I called and I spoke to Scott themanager who was extremely helpful and nice and offered to remake the food for us and put in the food that was missing. WellI?ve been stuck in bed with a shattered ankle and it snowed the next day so I wasn?t able to make it for a few days. When Iwent in I got stuck with Emily. From the start she was rude saying she would call Scott herself ok fine. Then after a fewminutes go by she comes back with a bag and says just so you understand when you order extra onion it always looks like that soif you don?t want that much onion don?t ask for extra. Then proceeded to be snappy when I asked if we could order more foodsaying if we couldn?t tell the lobby is closed and we can go thru the drive through. She wouldn?t listen to anything we saidand was so unprofessional and rude. When we said that she was being rude she turned around and pulled her mask down and yelledat her workers that apparently now giving people free food was unprofessional and rude. I paid for everything I received andwasn?t asking for anything for free I was just trying to get what I paid for in the beginning. I have never been treated sopoorly by someone who?s job is customer service. Nothing she did made the situation better. She tried to make us feel like wewere in the wrong for just trying to get what we paid for initially. Read more
