This location is terrible. I waited 20 minutes. Before reaching the register. Three people ahead of me and 7 customers behind... me. Finally able to order and all three pretzels were cold. A family in front of me is waiting for a manager, upset that they?vewaited so long . This young black girl walks over, she was the manager. Hair a mess, attitude a mess and she looked like shejust hopped out of bed. Anyway, to sum it up there was four people working and they all had the motivation of a turtle and notone of them smiled on this beautiful Sunday. Whom ever we own this location needs to fire them and hire better workers. Read more
The girl that took our order got the whole order wrong, when we told her she got upset with us threw the bag at me and she put... our orders in together in one bag rolling her eyes at me. I bring my clients here to this Auntie Anne's for this is a treat forthem. Read more
We asked for a order of pretzel dog and was told rudely it would be 25 minutes. We said that fine we will wait. Next we needed... pepperoni bites, well that's going to be 35 minutes, ok that's fine we are already waiting on the pretzel dogs so no problem. Then we wanted 3 large nuggets, didn't have them so the girl taking our order pulled 3 small out and dumped them in 3 largecontainers and said anything else. And I was like Yeah I wanted large not small in a large cup. So she says it is companypolicy to give the small for large when they are out of large. No trying to hide it just boom here's ur small/large nuggets. Then got mad and threatened to call security if we didn't leave without the food I had already paid for. I have been in auntieAnne's every where we travel but no more. People be careful you get what you paid very rude and extra poor service. for. Read more
I love it my favorite of the cinnamon bites and the they're really polite and they're actually really cheap. I have long lines... but it's worth it. I really recommend this place it's so amazing! Read more
Being a delivery driver for GrubHub and DoorDash it is important to get the orders out in a timely manner. I?ve picked up orders... from this place a few times and they always state ?we just got the order? even though I?ve been waiting for 20 minutes already.They need to do a better job of confirming these orders in a timely manner. I can?t believe what I just experienced. Was waiting in line with my since 642pm, 3 employees working. At 6:53 after waiting 10... minutes the rudely announced drinks only. Only drinks. No I apologize we ran out of pretzels, mind you if u close at 7 u shouldfulfill ur entire menu. Just absolutely unprofessional and rude they way the employees and that Franchise handle themselves. Nice sized location located inside Springfield Mall. From what I could see, everything including work spaces were clean and... everyone near food was wearing gloves. I was a bit disappointed that the lemonade machines were down more than an hour beforeclosing, so I chose a fountain soda, which is not what I wanted. My pretzel were great though ( I got cinnamon sugar). I wouldrecommend, matbe just earlier in the day if you want lemonade. Read more
I used to love this place but i asked for two cinnamon pretzels but it was a wait on one so rebecca c said she?ll just give me... two fresh ones but when it got finish she never gave me my pretzels talking about she forgot about me and then still gave me aold one instead of them both fresh, other workers was looking at me but never helped me, they need some nice, respectful workersnot saying all is bad but some of them need to get replaced.
