Food there was fresh and hot. The cashier was courteous and kind, her suggestive sales was on point. The woman tending to the... dining area was friendly and did a stellar job, making sure tables and floor was kept neat and clean. She made sure customerswere satisfied with their food and had everything they needed making for a very positive dining experience. It was fast food atits best with a fine dining flare. ???????????? The floors are greasy. Some of the staff in uniform acted hostile to the cashier. They couldn?t make any salads. And they were... not friendly. This is very uncommon at any chick fil a. I?m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the professionalism of thestaff as well as the cleanliness and product availability at this location. My advice is stay far far away from this one. Never disappoint. Food always tastes good, and always hot. If you're eating inside they will bring your food to your table.... Always clean. Stays crowed. If you're order outside, line moves fast. Read more
Worst delivery experience so far order took over a hour and the app then tried to change the arrival time to 25 minutes earlier... and my order is completely wrong. Picture of my large fry, looking like the driver got hungry on the way over, and my deluxespicy chicken sandwich. Oh and I paid $13 in fees and $5 tip for this. Read more
Well, this was my first time at this location and I was not impressed. The drive through lines were ridiculously long even with... them assisting with orders at the cars. Inside was worse, but I refused to sit in a hot car waiting. It was packed and thedining area and condiment station wasn?t the cleanest. You order at the counter then go wait somewhere else for the food whichis confusing when you first come in because it looks like people are in like to order but they are waiting for their food. Whenthe staff does come with the orders to be picked up, no one can hear them, they need to speak louder. The other locations I?vebeen to are way faster than this location. It took way too long to get our food. Not sure if I?ll come back here, maybe if I?min the area. Read more
The food was great! I bought the usual: deluxe sandwich with fries and a lemonade, but added a garden salad. It was weird in... concept (strawberry, blueberry and apple with lettuce), but was delicious with the avocado ranch dressing. I was impressed.However, the atmosphere was uninviting. The bathroom was straight-up foul. I do not wish to elaborate, but I avoided touchingeverything except my man's & em. The assembly line food delivery center was weird, but I imagine it's necessary due to the largevolume of customers that frequent the location. Eating-in was not an option. They should convert this location to take-out onlyunless they plan to keep the dining area and bathrooms clean. Read more
