I have withheld reviewing this specific Chipotle for a while because mistakes happen but at this point I need to say something.... Out of the past 10 orders I have gotten from here, 8 of them have been wrong in some way. From the wrong ingredients to justmissing ingredients altogether. Ordered a steak burrito with white rice, black bean, lettuce, fajitas, and cheese through Door Dash. Arrived an hour later cold... as can be, not their fault, but what was their fault was that it wasn't wrapped correctly so it was just a pile of ingredients.Which was helpful in a way as it let me see that what they gave me was a steak burrito with salsa and sour cream. Got DD tocredit me back the amount so I could reorder. One hour later and I again get a pile of ingredients. This time I got a whiterice and black bean burrito. End of list. No steak. No lettuce. No fajita or cheese. Also stone cold. And 2 hours off my life.I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to reach this location to complain but you can't contact them directly. We ordered dinner to be picked up at 6pm. The chicken in my daughter?s meal looked like it had been sitting around all day. My... wife and I ordered 2 burrito bowls and we were each missing many ingredients that we ordered. It?s a shame this place has goneso downhill. Read more
Horrible. 4 items ordered. We ordered online so we can pick it up quickly. Two items never made it to our order, and the two... bowls were completely wrong. Please ignore this store. They should not be in business. Placed dozen of orders this year. Not asingle one (not kidding) was as ordered. Close this place. Update 08/21/22: Oh how stupid am I. Ordered again today, thinkingit might have improved. It was worse. Two cold bowls, missing guacamole and kids menu incomplete. Qdoba it is from on. ThisChipotle should not be in business. Read more
Stopped to get food at 6pm and was told that they only took online orders due to not ?having enough people?. Tried to order... online three times but there was something wrong with the website. An employee was standing next to Mmme trying to look at myphone and ?help? me order online. Nothing worked due to their website having issues. The employee went to talk to the managerand then came back to tell me the manager suggested I download their app. I decided not to waste more time to get a simple fastfood order and left. They can?t take a verbal order but can take an online order? That makes no sense. It would take much lesstime to take my order vs trying to understand what went wrong with their website. Today we ordered here but we got the package with none of the items we mentioned in order. Simply they packed whatever they have... and made is too spicy one. If order is not able to fulfill from shop try to cancel the order instead of giving the items as likethat. Except rice, beans and hot red (as much as added to my order because they don't want to waste inside the shop) I didn'torder chicken in my order but they added some chicken pieces in my bowel. This place is horrible. Two different orders back to back. I didn?t even complain Thursday night, decided not to after I figured... it was an ?off? night. Then tonight got basically the same. Half the toppings not on the bowls at all barely any rice. Tonight?schips were so greasy they were rubber. Call Yosemite if you need good Mexican in Springfield. Read more
Quick and Easy Location. It is clean and rarely busy. Usually a decent amount of parkin. Every once in a while this location... is out of lettuce, but the food has always been fresh and I haven't been disappointed yet.
