Came here for classic cold stone icecream and I'm very disappointed. Cold stone advertises their "artic blast" service where... they freeze it somehow so it is colder if you are traveling farther home and won't melt. When I mentioned it to the employee helooked dumbfounded and looked to his coworkers for confirmation that they do not do it. Then proceeded to make every possibleexcuse not to offer the service. Eventually I was able to talk him into doing whatever he could so my drive home won't end upwith melted icecream. I'm pretty sure he just wrapped this up with saran wrap and threw it in a refrigerator or freezer. Ishould have checked the bag before leaving but I assumed he did his job correctly. Lesson learned. Will not be returning hereever again and would encourage others to seek another branch. Read more
A great location as a treat after you get out of the medical center that is located directly next to the cold stone. Great... employees and great ice cream, worth every Penny. Read more

Waited 30 minutes to be helped while at the front of the line. I guess they were putting together a lot of online orders maybe?... No one said a word or even looked at me while I was waiting -- at least tell me you'll be right with me or something! When acustomer behind my voiced a concern about how slow it was, they snapped at him and got defensive, not at all apologetic. Read more
Always good service and delicious ice cream. Would be 5 stars but it seems like when we order online they miss something. It's a... dollar extra for topping so I'd like to get them all. Otherwise, we love them. Read more
