the girl manager working at 8pm september 7th was extremely ignorant i called to tell them that we had a problem with an item we... order all the time. i was nothing but respectful and was met with an ugly attitude. i should have taken a picture because whatwe received was laughable. everyone else was pleasant in store and on the phone except for the manager. this location haschanged for the worse. On 6/10/22 I ordered a pizza at the Springfield, Pa location and it took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza. This is unacceptable!... I spoke to the manager and all they could tell me was that they were backed up. Really! Get more help. If you can't, you shouldnot be open if you can't take care of your customers. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. PS - My pizzaarrived cold. Read more
Very good experience. Ordered delivery and it came pretty quickly. Drive was polite and food was delicious.
So.. my co-worker said, "Let's get pizza, and remembering the advertisements, he ordered the Taco Pizza as well as the Hamburger... pizza. Unbeknownst to this, I went half on the order and waited for delivery. The young man delivered it to my job, and wastipped accordingly. Much to my surprise, I opened the boxes and was pleasantly surprised actually. Besides being a tad bit burnton one of the pies (as you can see from the picture), it was actually a good representation of the actual TV commercial. Whichwe all know is quite rare to happen. I personally prefered the Hamburger pizza over the taco one however. I think, if you'regonna offer a "Taco" pizza, then use salsa, mix the sauce with sour cream even. Add beef, create a nacho crust or something. Usefresh tomato and lettuce. THAT is a TACO pizza. Nevertheless, 4 stars for freshness and delivery speed. -1 for creativity. Very lousy customer service, I placed an order for one squared pizza but delivered one ham pizza, I am not allowed to eat ham... cause of religious reasons. I called the customer service for delivery of a wrong pizza but they were rude and hung up thephone. I was not expecting such a terrible customer service from your company.
