Long wait. They are trying hard but fried because they are so undestaffed.
Busy but they are great and fast.
Do not go to this Dunkin' Donuts for any reason at all. I felt very disrespected coming from Canvassing to this place to use the... Bathroom after making a purchase. The Representative was slow and lost customers. Very rude .. we go to different dunkin's all over .. never have a issue ...but this one !! Sorry I wasted my $ and time .. on a... tight enough budget now, this is my treat to my self from time to time ..and they are the only ones I can say even charged mefor ice in my coffee .. and were rude about it too !!! This used to be one of the better DUNKIN donuts that i went to, courteous and quick. Their customer service is minimal at best... and I don?t think speed is in their vocabulary anymore. I understand that there are a shortage of workers at many of thesechains, but HOW is it helpful two have two employees present, 1 doing the work while the other walks around on the phoneignoring customers. Last few times service was poor but I stuck it out. Today 10 minutes and not even acknowledged, ridiculous.That will be my last visit there. Definite Change from visiting 3-4 for times a week before. The person who waited on me did not speak English. I ordered a coconut milk refresher. He said, "coffee"? We had to wait until... the picture came around on the menu board for me to point at what I wanted. He sort of gestured that there were 3 choices. Itold him I wanted peach. He said,"peach?" I said "yes, peach" Then he made me a strawberry one. After a couple of rounds ofPeach? Peach. Peach? Peach. I finally got what I wanted. Love stopping there with the kiddos! Akim and the lady manager are friendly and always greet everyone while making sure the... order are right! Usually place order on my app but this location is one of the fastest. I can be ordering from the parking lotand 45 sec later my order is ready. They have sitting area inside, and the place is very clean. Their parking is shared withother business if you want to park right in the front but you will always get a place to park. Read more
Very inconsistent. 2/3 times, something is missing or wrong in my mobile orders. And when it is right, everything is... undercooked. Clean your ovens people. When they get caked with carbon and grime, the ovens lose efficiency. I would bet that'swhat's going on here. Dunkin' really seems to be going downhill. Read more
