Avocado toast, no Avocado! Some kind of spread with seasoning on top. I ordered Avocado toast w/sun-dried tomatoes. What I got... was anything but! The item did not look like the photos on the website. See Photos. It was a mobile app, walk-in, to go item. Idid not realize that it didn't even look or taste like Avocado until I opened it at my destination. It was too late to takeback. In addition, the staff was surly about where to pick up pre ordered items. Sign was posted with wrong info. This wouldeffect any pre-ordered items. It all around, was an unacceptable experience. Glad to have this as my local Dunkin'. The owner is friendly and frequently asks me how I'm doing. The store is clean and I'm... always impressed by how fast they are able to move long lines. Unlike some other locations, I don't think I've ever had awatered-down coffee here. I have encountered some not-so-friendly employees here, but the owner seems to be on top of thissince those employees were never there again. Read more

A typical Dunkin'. Clean, bright, staffed. Not overly friendly to unknown walk-in guests. People who were obviouly regulars... they were aggressively friendly towards. It's okay to be overly welcoming to everyone who enters your doors as a customer. Read more

Terrible customer service. I received my order incorrect, no problem. I understand, however when I ask for it to be corrected it... came back worse than the original. When mentioned again I was treated as if I was the problem. If you are having a bad day,leave it at home. No one wants to pay for something they didn't order then be accosted for it. I went in this morning to pick up my coffee and donuts that I had ordered 10 minutes beforehand. When I got there, there were... piles of incomplete mobile orders, and instead of helping his employees (who are short staffed!!!) the owner was walking aroundto people in the lobby and telling them all about how every other fast food place has young workers but he doesn?t have any.After waiting around 10 minutes at the store, I had to leave because I was late for work. Needless to say, I did not get mycoffee and donuts this morning. Do better for your employees. Pathetic. Read more

Went in today to get a frozen coffee my order wasn't made right so instead of making my order the young guy who's in there in... the afternoon before closing yelled for me to leave or he was gone call the cops I work in a restaurant so I know customerservice and that was not professional I will never go to this location ever again until that young man is removed trying tocontact customer service Read more

The jelly donuts were half full or even a quarter full of jelly, the valentines batter donuts were misshapen and had little... batter in them. Krispy Kreme is the same price for 12 donuts and is 100x better quality. They were even served cold. An awfulexperience, overcharged. It?s highway robbery. Read more
