I believe Monday I came in. I was greeted by a black women with curly hair she was not pleasant . She looked as if she didn't... want to be there. However that's not my problem I did nothing to deserve a rude attitude and disrespect if I was not going to belate I would've asked for a manager and refund !???????? she needs time off or to be at home . Always fast, accurate service and enough parking for a quick order pickup
I wanted to order a small cup of milk for my baby, who was in my arms at the time of order, and the staff told me they... "couldn't" do that. All they had in the cooler was chocolate and strawberry milk, which I'm not going to give a baby, AND I waswilling to pay for the sugary Nesquick in order to get a small cup of white milk. I was willing to pay whatever cost, but stillthey "couldn't" (hard eyeroll)... This is why we go to Starbucks. Not only is their coffee better, but if I tried to ordermilk, not only would they have done it, but if it was for a baby, it probably would have been free. I know Starbucks isn'thurting for money, but NEITHER is Dunkin! I used to not favor one or the other coffee place, but now I think we are officially aStarbucks family. Read more
Great place to buy coffee. always fresh coffee you can get there. they have kiosk for self order. no dine in.
This Dunkin in specifically is one of the better Dunkni's out there. I say this because the welcoming staff and you can clearly... tell they are working hard at their job and they never mess up my order. Read more
Customer service is not so good. The cashier that assist is rude and a liar. I ask for a latte, she told me there's no latte. A... few minutes went by another customer order a latte. She was able to get her a latte. That's discrimination. I will never come tothis Dunkin donuts. I usually get good service at other locations but this location is horrible Read more
This location gets incredibly busy. Out of the local Dunkin' locations, I typically find myself waiting the longest here, both... to place my order and to pick up my food. The staff here is also hit or miss. I like coming here only during off-peak hours. Read more
