Food is good, but you can't do curbside pickup without paying for it first, Suppose you want to use cash or a gift card (maybe),... NOPE!!! The guy who took my order was cool,but he had a line of people behind me and the two girls right next to him NOT DOINGANYTHING, kept sending people to the guy, I mean one customer just wanted a gift card and was told to get in the line behind me(MEANWHILE NOBODY IS IN FRONT OF HER!!!) I really like how they post the detailed kcal value of every dish! Now, if only all people would pay attention to it, we'd be a... healthier population. It's a pretty big restaurant, so waiting to be seated can take some time. Being from Europe I'm used totaking my time for a sit-down dinner. We weren't actually rushed through our meal, but we had to ask to be served one dish at atime. The quality was quite nice with good value. The lovely Italian margarita came with a glass of Amaretto liqueur. That was agreat little addition to our after dinner coffee! I went Sunday 9/11/22 in the afternoon with my sister. We did have a short wait of about 5 minutes . When we were seated ,we... were greeted by the sweetest waitress in training named , Dolly. She was such a delight . So kind , such a sweet gentle voiceand a beautiful smile . She was an excellent server . Her manager Donna came over to check in on how she was doing , she alsowas just as enjoyable . They both add quite a nice touch of personality to Olive Garden , to make you feel appreciated andwelcomed like your coming home to a family's house for dinner . Waitress, Jeni was very pleasant, friendly, helpful and attentive. Made the whole experience of dining there quite well. BUT I... WISH THEY'D BRING BACK THE LEMON CREAM CAKE! It's soooo disappointing ???? to go to an Olive Garden Restaurant and not get myabsolute favorite dessert! It's the perfect ending to a meal ????. Cool and light! Never again. My friends and I ate here on 6/10/22. All of our food look liked it was microwaved. My friend’s lasagna by no... means was fresh or even prepared that day. It was left over or was previously frozen. My shrimp on my pasta had differenttemperatures throughout the plate and the Alfred sauce was thrown on top and not fully mixed from whatever jar or container theytook it from. My friend’s steak looked like a burger cut in half, was burnt to a crisp, hard to even cut through and just wasterrible. Out of all of this what I found to be shocking was that all of the staff were amazing. Their customer service skillswere beyond great. Our waitress was so very kind that we just dealt with everything but will never ever return. This locationused to be busy with a long wait now I understand why it was not. My family and I have been to a couple of restaurants trying out their dishes and so far Olive Garden was the best. Sean was our... server and he was awesome. At first I was annoyed by the hostess because she told me to look for my family around the restaurantand it was my first time in the restaurant, I have no idea how big the place was.
