This place is very inconsistent. I?ve had some positive experiences but tonight when I picked up my order it was missing the $5... bread I ordered, the Mac & cheese was barely halfway full and the avocados on my salad where unripe and very hard. Ordered two different types of Asian salad. Apparently Panera Bread didn't have bread... What was left? Tasteless Asian salads.... Bread was not the only thing missing. Instead of the salad dressing served with those salads at other Paneras, here they usesome horrible "oil and vinegar" dressing, so sour, we saw the lettuce"collapsing" before our eyes... Ordered food for pickup. The large green tea was significantly smaller than it was 2-3 months ago- looks like a medium size at... best. The tea, which is a favorite of mine, tasted super watered down (and I didn?t use ice). My Fuji apple chicken salad wasmissing chicken and onions. Since Panera added ordering stations... AMAZING! You don't have to actually talk to people ???? You can completely customize... your order. Add things. Take things away. Have options of things you just wouldn't of known otherwise. And its still just asquick and easy. You can dine in or take out Worth it Update 05/06/22: so after the shine of the station has worn off... thispanera is now a 1star. I ordered my sandwich... and they were out of bread, which i understand might happen... but this is notthe first time this location was out of bread... and whats a panera with out bread? So i ordered extra Frizzled onions... and igot NONE. AND then there was a large spill mess. One of the drink machines broke. Not their fault. But the supervisor not havingany idea how to handle it was. The child they had mop it up was a joke. First he didn't know how to use the mop bucket. Butsecond no one took the time to teach him. He even asked his supervisor. Skinny guy with a man bun and a beard, didnt see a namebag. He just said " yeah thats fine" ... it most definitely wasn't. There are puddles left on the floor. The order was packed very rushed, container on top of container with one soup container not closed properly. The salad container... had a smashed dead bug on the edge. Not sure if the location is infested with bugs or this was one off. I went back to the storeto speak to the manager. However the manager at the time did not have time for any customer service. She came up to the counterand rolled her eyes and said ?yea we?ll make you a new one? like it was no big deal to get a dead big in your food and threw thesalad away without even looking at the container. She didn?t offer any coupons, free items or any other words of customerservice. As she walked away I told her, they made me a new salad and she responded with ?so we?re good then??. I spent $70 onfood and delivery and had to drive back for a new salad and terrible customer service. Will not be ordering from this locationagain. Read more
I always get the chicken Caesar salad and never have issue. But on two different occasions I got sick from this location. I... think they leave the salad dressing out and the lettuce was not fresh! Read more
