Ordered a Roast Pork, Junior Cheese Steak, and two kids meals. While the Roast Pork was good, it didn't fill the roll, but OK.... The Junior Cheese Steak was a total disappointment. It didn't even fill half the roll, so it was a quarter of a Junior CheeseSteak. When I went to complain and show them the size of the meat in the sandwich, I was told that was how it was and wasdismissed. It used to be that Tony Luke's was one of the premier sandwich shop in S. Philly, but this location is definitelybringing down the name and rep. I was told by someone that went to the one in S. Philly that it was a disappointment but wasskeptical, but now I'm not so sure. I just wanted a cookies and cream milkshake. While the cashier was making my milkshake, he ignored it to take care of multiple... customers who came in 2-3 minutes after my order was placed. I asked him to remake it and he refused it and said he wasn'tremaking it but he can give me a refund or add ice cream to make it appear thicker. He the continued to argue with me about notremaking it, like I'ma customer like everyone else i work in retail so i know how customers should be treated. The refund hetried to give me back was $2.00 out of the $4.99 that i spent for it because he claimed "your paying for the ice cream". I havenever experienced such inappropriate customer service a day in my life and on top of that i was told to never come back. Idefinitely will not be giving my business to this location of Tony Luke's ever again. Read more
Used to be one of the best places in pa to get an cheesesteak that was actually good. Now it's at the bottom with Geno and pats.... I mean look at the picture, for $10+ this is what you get. Half a slice of cheese then charge extra for the other half come onman!! Read more
The Cheesesteaks, Roast Pork sandwich, and Fries here are all very good. To add to that, Manny (the franchise owner) is a... really great guy. He sat down with us for a YouTube video a while back and he is still to date on the nicest owners i've met. Also very dedicated to his craft. I can't speak for all Tony Luke's locations but at this one...you'll be happy. Read more

This place was very good , I ordered two cheesesteaks they changed the bread to worse, barely any meat and nerves in it.
