Visited the Springfield Pub, wasn't sure what to expect, but was blown away by my experience there. The drinks were great and... cheap. The dice games, cornhole, and casino were a blast. The food was delicious (I would recommend the Steak & Cheese sandwichwith fries and the house sauce). More than anything the service was top-notch. The bartenders and cook are so welcoming,personable, and their service was amazing. I will be making the 1 hr + drive back here to enjoy a meal and some drinks. Read more

What a pleasure to visit this establishment. It was our first time, but we were greeted and treated like old friends. There were... 6 of us who came unannounced but were seated and made comfortable. My husband loves prime rib so we decided to drive over from Yankton. Unfortunately, this is the $25 piece of meat they put in... front of us. (With the lettuce salad on the same plate. Health code violation anyone?) He couldn?t even take a bite it lookedso unappetizing, to put it nicely. The waitress did offer to replace it with something else AFTER she defended their choice toserve that piece because he ?wanted rare?. At that point he was so turned off there was nothing he was going to eat in theirestablishment. We put $20 on the table for my meal and left. The waitress had the nerve to try and stop us on the way outthinking we hadn?t paid which adds insult to injury! If you?re not doing it right you won?t last. Read more
I was visiting the Niobrara area with my family and decided to stop in based on the menu and pictures. What a great choice that... was! The place was small but plenty of table space to fit us (a party of 7 ) and several other patrons. The service wasexcellent. Every worker was welcoming and smiling. The food was delicious! We ordered several pizzas different ways and everyone came out made to order. If you're in the area, definitely stop in. Read more
Small and friendly, good food at reasonable prices, clean restrooms, but plan on staying awhile. Service is unhurried and your... meal may take some time to prepare - nothing is rushed here. But the beer is cold and you'll have some surprising choices. Alongwith all the usual Pub fare there's also some unexpected sandwich choices as well - we ordered the Cubano and it was amazinglygood. No one would argue that Springfield offers much in the way of attractions, you really do sort of want to go there. But fora get-away lunch or dinner you could do a lot worse. Read more
