Teenager at drive thru speaker was rude. When got to the window he was rude as if he hates his job. We gave him 10.21 for a... 9.21 total he gave us back .99 back and slammed the window. Called to tell manager and she was also rude, which made me berude and lose my temper (which I apologize but it?s no excuse I know) Managers excuse was he was rude because he went to schoolall-day. If going to school all-day and then going to work makes him that way I would say he needs a new job. Verydisappointed in service we received today. If we let all teenagers use that as an excuse we are in trouble. I have alwaysheard the customer is always right and we should try to be reasonable with those we serve. The practical way to teach them isto say if the customer gives you what seems to be making the right change would be to politely ask them if they meant to givethis amount or that it was short the amount.
