I would give 0 stars if possible. The lady in the drive-through was obviously very annoyed that I came into the drive-through. I... had difficulty using the app & She was so rushed that she didn't ask what kind of chocolate donut I wanted. I didn't get areceipt. And finally she told me I was ruining her time.... Maybe it's just because it's relatively new or this particular Dunkin has the best employees. They were fast and more... importantly the order was correct. I caught them at a rush moment and I have to say I am so impressed with how well they kept upwith customers and their orders. All with a smile on their faces too. Read more
I took my father in law to Dunkin in Springfield TN today and received the worst products ever!! I ordered ice coffee which was... warm a dozen assorted donuts and a breakfast sandwich to go. When we got home and looked at the dozen donuts it was all cakedonuts no yeast donuts at all no assortment at all!! The sandwich only had 1 piece of bacon on it and a half of a piece ofcheese. And of course there is no phone number listed for the store and I live 30 mins away so I cant go back or I would takeit back and demand a refund!! We ordered pumpkin donuts through the drive-thru. A few moments later, looking in the bag we see that they put plain cake donuts... in- not Pumpkin. We drove back and I went inside and informed the young lady at the counter that we did not receive thedoughnuts we had ordered. Argumentatively she challenged me with ?When?!l I replied ?just six minutes ago? ?We don?t havepumpkin donuts!? ?You did not say so when I ordered? Then the Trainee walked up and was honest to say ?I took your order and Iwas the one who put those in your bag?
