The kids in this place are completely disrespectful. It might look nicer then the old one but definitely is not.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The lady in the drive-through was obviously very annoyed that I came into the drive-through. I... had difficulty using the app & She was so rushed that she didn't ask what kind of chocolate donut I wanted. I didn't get areceipt. And finally she told me I was ruining her time.... I will Never willingly come to this Dunkin again!!!! Read more

Maybe it's just because it's relatively new or this particular Dunkin has the best employees. They were fast and more... importantly the order was correct. I caught them at a rush moment and I have to say I am so impressed with how well they kept upwith customers and their orders. All with a smile on their faces too. Read more

I took my father in law to Dunkin in Springfield TN today and received the worst products ever!! I ordered ice coffee which was... warm a dozen assorted donuts and a breakfast sandwich to go. When we got home and looked at the dozen donuts it was all cakedonuts no yeast donuts at all no assortment at all!! The sandwich only had 1 piece of bacon on it and a half of a piece ofcheese. And of course there is no phone number listed for the store and I live 30 mins away so I cant go back or I would takeit back and demand a refund!! I will definitely not go through the drive thru ever again!! Read more

We ordered pumpkin donuts through the drive-thru. A few moments later, looking in the bag we see that they put plain cake donuts... in- not Pumpkin. We drove back and I went inside and informed the young lady at the counter that we did not receive thedoughnuts we had ordered. Argumentatively she challenged me with ?When?!l I replied ?just six minutes ago? ?We don?t havepumpkin donuts!? ?You did not say so when I ordered? Then the Trainee walked up and was honest to say ?I took your order and Iwas the one who put those in your bag? The young ?in charge? girl still looks at me like I?m and idiot, and it was the Traineewho actually solved the situation ?can we get you something else instead?? Yes, different doughnuts were chose. BusinessOwner: train your staff to be problem solving minded at Admit when you are wrong and handle it. Don?t let ?people in charge?treat your guests like idiots when They are the ones who put a different product in the bag Read more

I?ve been at this location twice, once via drive thru and the other time as a walk in. The drive thru visit was great, I was... given my coffee promptly and went on my way. The walk in visit was very disappointing. This location is brand new, and very niceinside. However, they only had one person working the entire store when I went inside (around 4PM). The employee lookedextremely overwhelmed and told me it would be a few minutes until she could take my order. Almost 15 minutes passed before shewas able to get the drive thru line empty and take my order. The quality of the drinks and food is very high but not havingmultiple employees at a Dunkin on a Saturday seems absurd to me. Read more

Hopefully, if you go earlier in the day you'll get a decent selection, but we went for an after dinner treat and ultimately... regretted it. Since it was a nice, new, free-standing store, I went inside because I thought they would have a large selectionof fresh donuts, but I was sadly mistaken. They had a very limited selection of what tasted like day-old rejects. My husband hada jelly-filled and I had a creme-filled, both of us were halfway thru our donuts before we found any filling. Maybe morningsare better? Read more
