Had to wait for more than 20 minutes to have our order taken. The employees were more concerned with the drive-thru than they... were with all the customers who were inside waiting on an order or waiting to ha e their order to be taken. Completely inept. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. No joke. And, they got our order wrong.
I love Hardee's breakfast. And the girl working the drive through that morning was amazing. They were extremely short staffed.... But she made the best out of her situation and apologized profusely. Read more
Almost every time I go to this Hardy's for supper there's something wrong where I can't get what I go there for. I went there... tonight to get chicken tenders and they have their friers torn down. Who cleans their friers at supper time on Saturday? Read more

Food is great employees great the manager is a fantastic manager she goes above and beyond hell remembers orders of customers... and delivers fast and wonderful customer service. But when I pulled up to order I see one employee blowing his nose with out andtissue out in the open then stick his fingers back in his mouth.
