Pizza is very good. Employees and the dinning area needs some cleaning up!
I like the Pizza and usually the employees are friendly and helpful. BUT they can't seem to get a salad order correct. I... ordered as follows: Order Number: 45 1 Large NY Style Pizza $14.49 H2-Italian Sausage $1.00 Pepperoni $1.99 H2-BlackOlives $0.99 H2-Mushrooms $1.00 H2-Onions $0.99 Pineapple $1.99 1 Medium Garden Salad $10.99 Italian NO Black Olives 2XTomatoes $1.79 2X Beets $2.00 Mozzarella Cheese $1.79 Onions $1.79 What I got was Lettuce, the Mozzarella cheese, 3 grapetomatoes, and cut up Salami and what appears to be cut up bologna. I'll be checking my Salad from now on this is the third timeit has happened. If they can't get it right then I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
Ate their 2 piece and a coke lunch offer a bazillion times over the past 5 years while working in Springfield. Was always good... with good service. Good lunch for under $8.00 Read more
Jets pizza is our favorite pizza. We chose the Springfield location because we wanted to eat in. I called and ordered two... large pizzas before we got there so we wouldn?t have long to wait. When I walked in I paid for the order and told the young ladywe would be dining in. We sat down and waited and waited. Finally after about 35 minutes I went to the counter to check on ourpizza. No one was there so I opened and closed the front door to get someone?s attention. A young man came to help me and foundour pizza in the warmer. Not a very good experience over all. Read more
I was going to give these guys a low score but not only did they make a mistake right, they gave me another pizza to make up for... the mistake and $21credit and a free extreme pizza the next time we order. Thanks David for an outstanding customer service Read more
The pizza is very good; however it took 1.5 to 2 hours to get our pizza delivered twice in a row and our pizza was cold upon... delivery. Their ad says fast delivery but its always over an hour to get it. And the order was wrong! Read more
They stopped making the deli boat but if you cut a small pizza down the middle and fold it over now you got one
Jets is more expensive than the default pizza chains, but get the Jet10 square deep dish and you'll understand why!
